amount was not transferred properly

I transferred money through online banking (IMPS) with an amount of Rs.6000/- around 2:15 PM to SBI account with A/C No: [protected]. Amount was debited from my account but not credited to recipient account. So, i request to please resolve this issue as early as possible....

I have written many mails and communicated with branch, ro, pcd agri and written mail to [protected]@iobnet.in and unsuccessful mail to [protected]@iob.in (Mail bounced) reached out to their telephone# nobody responded.

When i raised concern they are acting now but nobody is providing resolution to the damage that we faced.

It looks like only bank has a grievance mechanism for name sake.

slow dd approval passing process

Mr. Dev, senior person concerned for passing the dd, not keeping customer the priority, kept me waiting for half an hour to 'pass the dd' and forward it. Extremely slow on computer and rude behaviour. Sheer inconvenience caused not only to me but two other as well. Another person was made to wait for 2 hours. Regretting...

unnecessary amount deduction in 1 month (mi charges)

I have opened a account with your bank when your bank,
The account condition are.
Balance to kept in saving a/c is rs. 100/- only
And the facility is with the this account is atm facility & cheque book facility.

But now i want to ask why the bank is and your system is deduct rs. 53/- minimum balance charges for 10 times in one month and horrible thing is today is 8th april 2018,...

online transaction issue

transaction failed and amount deducted

I already complained about this in consumer complaint website after that I had a call from free charge and they inform that the amount is within the payment gateway. They ask me contact the bank.br...

tds deduction on fds in spite of form 15g

I am getting renewed my fds for many years and submitting form 15g every year but officials of iob, majhola moradabad are very careless and don't submit form resulting deduction of tds unnecessarily.

forgot pin no of my debit card

I am complaining about late services of your bank.

This is to inform you that, I added 1200/- rupees in my paytm account from my personel bank account at 10:25 am on 8th march 2018 and after few minutes i refunded that amount to my bank account but still that money is not recieved by me.

talk disrespect with people

The bank manager of this bank do not talk respectively with other person. I am member of this bank. I went there for opening my son' account. But when asked for it. They give wrong information. They said you go to boi bank. Then i said ok. After that i came back to overseas back. Then i said boi bank not able to make my account then he talk unrespectively with us. So, please talk with the bank manager...

Hi, i am using iob for past 3years padur branch chennai they are not at all behaving in a customer friendly manner and i don't know why they are debited money from my account they are doing this monthly twice it's all unfair this is happening to my friend also i just decided to close the account. I thought it's a government bank but private banks are more responsible....

blocking of my sb account

I've got a sb account in iob branch code 1798, sastra university, thirumalaisamudram, thanjavur.
Effect from mid feb2018, i'm not able either access my atm card or online bank accessing.
Your customer care person says that. My account is blocked due to non submission of aadhar. You might be aware that, aadhar submission date is extended with indefinite date.
Hence, pls activate my account immy.
If not, pls settle...
