I have nri account in our bank my acc no :[protected], this month april 3 -2018 i had been purchased via policy bazaar.com for two wheeler insurance in gateway paytm-p1925549 - net @ 597457 the amount been debited from my account, but i got massage from policy buzzer.com transaction been failed,

Still date i didn't received money back to my account,

So take necessary action and do my need full,

      I had payment made for icai exam form on 17.2.2018 around 10 pm from my debit card having account no [protected]. Payment is not made successful but debited my account by rs 40042.48 i had made another payment from another bank debit card. And i complain in my branch on 22.2.2018 regarding refund but not refund that amount till date. I requested you please refund this amount as soon as possible.

        Hello,

        This is regarding the charges (Rs. 700/-) i bear a couple of days when the lock of a locker owned by me got stuck. After unsucessful multiple tries, bank staff called up engineer from godrej to fix the issue. He initially asked to pay rs. 1400/- as the charges which bank clearly refused to pay by saying it is customer responsibility but i think it's not true. At the end after arguments with bank staff including branch manager, i paid the charges from my pocket. Request you to have a look into this.

        I can provide the bank account details when asked.

          I am p. Baburao iob anakapalle market yard branch visakhapatnam district ap customer a/c no.[protected]. I am having a locker and regularly locker rent has been deducted every year. Suddenly i found on[protected] locker rent deducted from my account rupees 5503. I applied to the branch manager to correct the same. So far not yet materialised. My cell no..[protected].

              Sir, i hav 2 a/cs, one personal and another jt sb a/c with our iob, valmiki ngr br., chennai 600041, for thelast 28 yrs or so. Now, for personal reasons, vhav shifted to our flat in amarprakash temple waves, kundratur main rd, kundrathur, chennai 600069.

              So far, v han recd ony our tangedco (Tneb) cards on our names. Based on that even the sbi lb road, has issued us a new pass book with our photos and new address. On the other hand, ur present br. Mgr, is insisting on aadhar proof. He isnot prepared to accept even rpt even the sbi pass book copy as proof of residence.

              So, i request u to pl order that manager to accept either of these proofs. The nearest iob branch is miles away from this 2300 flat gated community.

              I am 86 yrs staying alone here.

                    I have written many mails and communicated with branch, ro, pcd agri and written mail to [protected]@iobnet.in and unsuccessful mail to [protected]@iob.in (Mail bounced) reached out to their telephone# nobody responded.

                    When i raised concern they are acting now but nobody is providing resolution to the damage that we faced.

                    It looks like only bank has a grievance mechanism for name sake.

                    I have showed with documented proofs on how bapatla branch has neglected but nobody is ready to address the damage caused by the branch.

                      Details:-
                      Mr. Dev, senior person concerned for passing the dd, not keeping customer the priority, kept me waiting for half an hour to 'pass the dd' and forward it. Extremely slow on computer and rude behaviour. Sheer inconvenience caused not only to me but two other as well. Another person was made to wait for 2 hours. Regretting to have a bank account in this branch with aman kumar as bank manager. Others workers are doing a commendable job though and greeting everyone with a smile inspite of sheer work pressure.

                          I have opened a account with your bank when your bank,
                          The account condition are.
                          Balance to kept in saving a/c is rs. 100/- only
                          And the facility is with the this account is atm facility & cheque book facility.

                          But now i want to ask why the bank is and your system is deduct rs. 53/- minimum balance charges for 10 times in one month and horrible thing is today is 8th april 2018,...

                          My friend made me three transactions rs7500 rs 300 rs 1000 on jan 11, 2018 from his indian bank account to my iob bank account through google's payment app tez. But the money has been sent to someone else named naveen and hia account number is [protected] and his ifsc code is ioba0001933. On the very next day he took the money. Pleasee help me in this issue.                             I done the recharge for aircel no 97xxxxxxxx12 for rs144 with iob bank online payment on aug 24 2017, via rupay debit card the money has been deducted buttransaction is failed.

                            I already complained about this in consumer complaint website after that I had a call from free charge and they inform that the amount is within the payment gateway. They ask me contact the bank.

                            I visited the bank and the manager ask me to give the complaint letter I gave it. One month i waited the amount is not refunded after that i again visit the bank and the manager noted the details of recharge and he said he will resolve it . But till now amount is not reunded.

                              I am getting renewed my fds for many years and submitting form 15g every year but officials of iob, majhola moradabad are very careless and don't submit form resulting deduction of tds unnecessarily.
                              I am giving details of my 2fds.
                              1-fd no-[protected] renewed for 11/11/16 to 11/11/17 for rs 235481/-and maturity amount rs.253023/but for next renewal maturity amount remained rs 249124/-
                              2-fd no-[protected] renewed for same period and same amount as of above fd and in this maturity amount remained 251269/-instead of 353023/-
                              I have not decided to break my fds from iob and to shift in other bank only due to gross negligence of officials of bank please take suitable action otherwise your bank will loose valuable customers.
