The bank manager of this bank do not talk respectively with other person. I am member of this bank. I went there for opening my son' account. But when asked for it. They give wrong information. They said you go to boi bank. Then i said ok. After that i came back to overseas back. Then i said boi bank not able to make my account then he talk unrespectively with us. So, please talk with the bank manager

      Hi, i am using iob for past 3years padur branch chennai they are not at all behaving in a customer friendly manner and i don't know why they are debited money from my account they are doing this monthly twice it's all unfair this is happening to my friend also i just decided to close the account. I thought it's a government bank but private banks are more responsible.

        We received from a person from iob and he asked the details of the atm number (15 digit number and cvv number.) the reason he told is your atm is blocked. But my atm working. I want to know the call is original or fake. What's the purpose he ask atm card number?

          My sb account was blocked and atm card is also blocked, without giving any prior intimation. Aadhaar is also linked already.
          Without giving prior information to me, how can you block my sb account on your own.

            I've got a sb account in iob branch code 1798, sastra university, thirumalaisamudram, thanjavur.
            Effect from mid feb2018, i'm not able either access my atm card or online bank accessing.
            Your customer care person says that. My account is blocked due to non submission of aadhar. You might be aware that, aadhar submission date is extended with indefinite date.
            Hence, pls activate my account immy.
            If not, pls settle my balance once for all.

He expired on october-5-2017. His sim card was not in working. So, for sms alerts and services, i want to change the mobile number. Please help me in this regard... Take steps as soon as possible...

                I was tranfer the amount of ₹30, 000 from my account([protected]) of INDIAN OVERSEAS BANK to other bank CITY UNION BANK Ac no.([protected]) on[protected] by IMPS transaction and the amount was debited in my account but not credited to my tranfer account so please kindly refund my amount of ₹30, 000 to return my account soon ...and I also attached my transaction screenshot & reference ID

                This is chandran from coimbatore, account holder of indian overseas bank, coimbatore, big bazzar street,

                On 14.3.18 i had atm transaction failure at tmb bank at selvapuram,
                I have not received any money from atm but rs 10000 debited
                In my account, when i was contacted tmb bank (Selvapuram) they advised
                Me to lodge a complaint in iob bank where i having account for over
                10yrs.

                On 19.3.18 i lodged the complaint rearding this issue
                Complaint id :[protected]. Till now there is no action taken from
                Bank side. My salary amount rs 10000 became question mark.

                I request you to take necessary action regarding this issue

                  Hello sir/madam,
                  I would like to bring to your notice that i am completely unhappy with the service provided by your people.
                  I did a transaction on ixigo app to book a flight on cleartrip. The payment was initiated by me on march 15 and it got declined but the amount got debited from my account. Cleartrip has initiated a refund within 20mins of the same and the arn no. : 74332748075807414937090 refund date : 15th mar 2018.
                  It’s been 20 days now wherein the time frame of a refund is said to be about 3-7 working days.
                  What happened to the money? Where is it, if it has been initiated by the third party? They have all details to provide and you people have none other than to say 10 days more it will take and stuff. This is completely not fine. Complaint id of the same provided by iob is : il230303.
                  I have a wrong transaction of 2500/- (Dated :18/3/17, when the server was completely down, but the amount was debited from my account on 19/3/18) as well, the visa card dept of iob says it’ll take 45-60 days. Am i a fool to be waiting until then?
                  Please take it on a serious note and do the needful. I am very disappointed with the banks response this time. Please do not take this lightly.

                  I do not mean to get rude but when your money is stuck for no reason, you lose it. Sorry if i was rude. Please better consider it and do the needful at the earliest. Thank you.

                    I am forwarding the message received. "dear customer, 1 cheque book of 20 leaves for your iob a/c *[protected] has been delivered to you on 30-mar-18. Kindly contact branch if not received."
                    But cheque book not delivered.

                    I'm Kanchana, I tried to draw money from atm on[protected] that time I got message that transaction failure, Rs. 500 debited, it will credit within two working days, but still I didn't get any amount, yesterday also almost Rs. 200 debited from my account, please revert back me with positive response and do needful.

                        I lost my atm card and today i call toll-free number [protected] but call not done then i visit my home branch on the gate the security guard said me you do not enter in the bank i said my atm lost but not permission give to me the.                             I paid a ammount of rs 1400 through phone pe on 25 th december 2017.. But the transaction failure but amount deducted... It alraedy passed three month and i dont get any updated status on it...

                              I m waiting long in queue for about 30 minutes to pay the money in iob bank..in between these time a man came with money bag and he approached directly to pay money. As per his request the cashier opened immediately his bag for processing the transaction. I have certain doubts whether bank running for that particular customer..                                 I have gone for so many times and they are not responding on my complaint,
                                I called to customer care too but they also like them...

                                In past, they are block my account - by this complaint they unblock and then they freeze my account.

                                    I got the education loan in the year of 2008 (Rs. 32500 per year for 4 years). (B. E - 2008 to 2012 batch).
                                    I paid the total loan amount rs.1, 30, 000 in the year of dec 2015 (I got a call from bank & said to pay the loan amount only. I. E no interest). Not given the clearance letter.

                                    And i submitted the letter, signed from tashildar for interest free loan in 2010.

                                    Yesterday i got the letter from advocate to pay the balance loan (Rs. 69300).
