Hello sir/madam,
I would like to bring to your notice that i am completely unhappy with the service provided by your people.
I did a transaction on ixigo app to book a flight on cleartrip. The payment was initiated by me on march 15 and it got declined but the amount got debited from my account. Cleartrip has initiated a refund within 20mins of the same and the arn no. : 74332748075807414937090 refund date : 15th mar 2018.
It’s been 20 days now wherein the time frame of a refund is said to be about 3-7 working days.
What happened to the money? Where is it, if it has been initiated by the third party? They have all details to provide and you people have none other than to say 10 days more it will take and stuff. This is completely not fine. Complaint id of the same provided by iob is : il230303.
I have a wrong transaction of 2500/- (Dated :18/3/17, when the server was completely down, but the amount was debited from my account on 19/3/18) as well, the visa card dept of iob says it’ll take 45-60 days. Am i a fool to be waiting until then?
Please take it on a serious note and do the needful. I am very disappointed with the banks response this time. Please do not take this lightly.
I do not mean to get rude but when your money is stuck for no reason, you lose it. Sorry if i was rude. Please better consider it and do the needful at the earliest. Thank you.

I am a customer of Indian Overseas Bank 7 years, as per procedures i complaint many times through mail and phone calls in Branch, Still they did not action my account problems not responding of customer.Kindly help me
