I would like to bring to your notice that i am completely unhappy with the service provided by your people.
I did a transaction on ixigo app to book a flight on cleartrip. The payment was initiated by me on march 15 and it got declined but the amount got debited from my account. Cleartrip has initiated a refund within 20mins of the same and the arn no. : 74332748075807414937090 refund date : 15th mar 2018....

Tried locating their mail id and tel. No. Could not. 24 hr help line also was of no help. The branch (Shopping centre tilak nagar jaipur rajasthan india). Nlghuf a/c no. Is :[protected] and lodge a complaint.

Sir, on dt. 02-04-18 from ra puram i use my atm card for withdrawal rs.1000/- but i did not received money but my account is debited with rs.1000/-...

I lost my atm card and today i call toll-free number [protected] but call not done then i visit my home branch on the gate the security guard said me you do not enter in the bank i said my atm lost but not permission give to me the. Other custmer came and this person directly enter the bank then i call manager then i enter and till now my atm is not block...

I paid a ammount of rs 1400 through phone pe on 25 th december 2017.. But the transaction failure but amount deducted... So i go to the home branch khurda and submit a complaint 7th jan 2018.. Name-janmejay paridaacc. No-[protected], trnsn id - s92156469, complaint id[protected] please refund as soon as possible.. It alraedy passed three month and i dont get any updated status on it......

I m waiting long in queue for about 30 minutes to pay the money in iob bank..in between these time a man came with money bag and he approached directly to pay money. As per his request the cashier opened immediately his bag for processing the transaction. I have certain doubts whether bank running for that particular customer.. What will be the use of waiting customers. Please be take a severe action regarding my complaint. These is sudhakar...

I got the education loan in the year of 2008 (Rs. 32500 per year for 4 years). (B. E - 2008 to 2012 batch).
I paid the total loan amount rs.1, 30, 000 in the year of dec 2015 (I got a call from bank & said to pay the loan amount only. I. E no interest). Not given the clearance letter.

And i submitted the letter, signed from tashildar for interest free loan in 2010.

Sir.. For the past 15years i have been holding an account with iob medavakkam branch... Over the past few days i had to interact with the staff for reasons like change of address, kyc.. Etc.. But i am very sorry to say this... The behavior of the staff is very disgusting.. It was not just with me... But with other customers also... As a customer we approach them to clarify and get cleared of our doubts.. But the staffs' reply is like... How...

I came to know that on 14.3.18 at 9.22 and 9.23 am rs 20000 was withdrawn fraudlently at your atm point situate at karanthai, thanjavur (Attached to your north main street, thanjavur.in this connection in order to know the person who had withdrawn the amount i requested your north main st, thanjavur branch on 15.03.2018 which they informed that the request would be forwarded to their regional office and express their inability when the thing...

I am having a sb account with the iob srirangam branch under account number [protected]. From 12th of this month my above sb account has been deactivated saying to file kyc form. On 12th itself i filled kyc form with the branch manager. I sent several requests and mails. Till now my netbanking has not been activated.

Rs 17.70 debited in this account dated 25/12/2017, sms charges may be delited the above said account no please, otherwise i will compliant to the head office...

I purchased i phone on emi through a website 'kissht' and paid 13000/- through iob debit card. They asked for address proof and cheque number which i dubmitted. Then they called and asked for otp for first installment then i got suspicious and tried calling them but in vain.
Later i read their reviews on google and omg so many complains. Please help me by blocking the payment i did please ive been trying ur helpline number since 3...
