    Sir.. For the past 15years i have been holding an account with iob medavakkam branch... Over the past few days i had to interact with the staff for reasons like change of address, kyc.. Etc.. But i am very sorry to say this... The behavior of the staff is very disgusting.. It was not just with me... But with other customers also... As a customer we approach them to clarify and get cleared of our doubts.. But the staffs' reply is like... How do i know...?? I can't do any thing for this.. You go and approach the concerned branch... Such irresponsible replies... Are they paid to reply like this..?? Is it not their duty to find out things and help out the customers... Moreover.. Will it not be fine.. If the staff goes an extra mile to help the customers... So ridiculous.. If a person from not so educated background comes to them... That person is been asked to move around from one staff to another, in turns... Coming to my case... Finally i got the passbook changed to my present address.. But to my dismay.. I found that the address is not fully mentioned.. Moreover the address that is pasted on my passbook is so unprofessional... So untidy.. When i asked the staff about the incomplete address... I got a reply saying that.. They are helpless.. As their system takes only these many inputs... For your kind information... My address is just 3lines... With all these inputs iam looking forward that these things will be set right.. And the customers will get their due responses... Thank you..

      I came to know that on 14.3.18 at 9.22 and 9.23 am rs 20000 was withdrawn fraudlently at your atm point situate at karanthai, thanjavur (Attached to your north main street, thanjavur.in this connection in order to know the person who had withdrawn the amount i requested your north main st, thanjavur branch on 15.03.2018 which they informed that the request would be forwarded to their regional office and express their inability when the thing would materialize.
      I am a senior citizen and my husband is bed-ridden and as such i depend on others for every thing and i have to be careful in dealing with financial affairs.
      Under this circumstance pl arrange for providing copy of the cctv footage.
      (I am facing uncertanity and fearing the completion of retention period of back up of cctv footage.)
      Indian Overseas Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      Please refund the amount of 70000 which has been transferred to a non existing corporation bank account. The amount was transferred on 17th march 2018 to the following account number [protected] which does not exist. Kindly refund the amount as soon as possi le. Or please suggest what best can be done.

        I am having a sb account with the iob srirangam branch under account number [protected]. From 12th of this month my above sb account has been deactivated saying to file kyc form. On 12th itself i filled kyc form with the branch manager. I sent several requests and mails. Till now my netbanking has not been activated.
        I would kindly request to take immediate action to reactivate my netbanking under sb account number [protected].

          Rs 17.70 debited in this account dated 25/12/2017, sms charges may be delited the above said account no please, otherwise i will compliant to the head office...

          I purchased i phone on emi through a website 'kissht' and paid 13000/- through iob debit card. They asked for address proof and cheque number which i dubmitted. Then they called and asked for otp for first installment then i got suspicious and tried calling them but in vain.
          Later i read their reviews on google and omg so many complains. Please help me by blocking the payment i did please ive been trying ur helpline number since 3 days but no response.

          I make tez transaction that was failed suddenly, money debited from my bank account, i contacted customer care of tez services, they said money was stopped at bank it's is not tez problem, that was stopped by your bank...Plz help me

                I k. Muralidaran, acct. No. [protected], belongs to karaikal, account at thirunallar. My net banking facility had been unsuccessful since january 2018 i made complaint to the thirunallar branch, they also told that had corrected but till now i am unable to access my net banking account. When i happen to login receved message password incorrect. When i happen to reset password that leads to me to change password option instead of reset password. I had tdr and unable to transact within. Request you to make my net banking accoun facility acceible.

                        S. Chitti babu, the deceased was operating sb account in the madhavaram branch, chennai. Unfortunately he met with an accident on 13.06.2017 and died on the spot. His mother s. Sagunthala is the legalheir because he lost his wife in 2015 and has no issues.
                        His mother s. Sagunthala is 78 yrs old and can't understand english, i am her sister k. Umarani is representing for his death claim.
                        We have submitted all the required necessary documents in oct 2017 for claiming s. Chitti babu's sb account balance in his credit to the iob, madhavaram branch, chennai. Since we have not received any amount we enquired in the branch. They said the application was forwarded to the head office and waiting for their reply.
                        As my sister is old she can't move many times to the bank, and
                        Now it is more than 4 months, we request you to look in to this matter and take necessary arrangements to get back the amount at the earliest.

                          I, arav agarwal am holding a savings account in indian overseas bank, royd street branch. My account was deactivated due to some unknown reason but i at my best knowledge had submitted my kyc to the bank on 13th march, 2018 but i have not received any response from the bank for its activation. I also regret to say that none of the branch executive bother to connect the call made to the bank. Due to this my incoming funds have been blocked during this crucial month. I further request you to look into this matter or else i shall better close my account

But i don't get any reply from you, i gave the complaint before 1 month, now i need my money it's very urgent, i believe our bank, i hope a positive reply from you so please do the needful...                                   Today morning I saw in the atm my card is showing invalid/block, plz unblock my debit card my home branch is hrbr layout banglore and now I am in Sonipat haryana I can't go now Banglore for only atm plz help me, well I gave an written request to IOB bank manager for transfer my account from Bangalore to here but there's no any action.
