I have submitted two letters on 26.12.2017.
1. in the year 2015 i have withdrawn my name in the safe deposit locker account no. 20( joint account). But they are debiting locker rent from my account continuously for three years.
I have complained and requested to recredit the excess rent debited.
2. education loan[protected]. I have closed the account without any irregularity. i have requested to provide the permissible one percent rebate in interest.
for both the request i have submitted two letters to the manager, iob, managiri branch -code 2283 tamil nadu.
i have reminded the manager through some other staff also but it went vein.
i do not know what he is expecting from me. the evasive attitude of the manager mr.ravichandran is highly irritatable. As a senior citizen i find it very difficult to go to the branch in person. I have been disrespected by the bank where i worked
Please take action against the manager and render justice.

Today I tried to withdraw cash from iob atm. The message, "Unauthenticated user" is displayed... I tried to login internet banking. "Your Account id deactivated" is shown..
I have an account in fountain chowk branch Ludhiana Punjab. Ur stuff is so rude and mannerless specially one lady is there who speaks mannerless .she does not know how to deal with customers.due to her uncooperative behaviour others dealing with consumer becomes harsh .
So bad on Ur part.

    When enquired about the handover of the cheque book their reply is - it doesnt belong to my duty. Its been the fourth time we come for the same purupose. When asked about jewel loan the manager states you shd run behind about many times in case of return understand. One of the worst banks seen. Atleast try to change now. Pls do understand a clients situation too. Leaving his/her work for the bank purpose is really a hardship for them. Even you people were once a client then have become a staff in this bank, dont forget that. One day u have to face this even more

      Sir,
      Please refer my savings account no.[protected] of indian overseas bank, rayakotta road branch, krishnagiri wherein i am operating my savings account. There was a minimum balance amount of rs.5.00 to 7.00 lakhs between the period from 01.11.2017 to 13.02.2018. But, a single rupee was credited to my savings account as periodical interest. The reasons not known. No proper response from the branch. Generally, in other banks, the interests on the available amount on the bank, interests are credited periodically. Unfortunately, there is no such practice in this branch. I had to loose huge amount of interest. Therefore, i request that necessary steps may be taken to credit the accrued interest in my savings account.

        I am the district Collector Office and SMG organization Sarah and construction workers union I am walking. Be sides this. I am conducting free computer and tailoring training this is the artificial method of doing everything right and the first aid strainer is because this business is not right. The above mentioned company and free trading is for anyone For the past nine years. I have not been able to help it is the income for dumping and taking the right way
        Due to this, in the Prime Minister's self-employment plan After registering in online KVK and then on the Court premises have been in IOP Bank for the last 10 years So I selected the bank and the bank manager That’s what lone agreed to be okay He raised the question that business is going to start told him I was going to start the Carmon’s business You have the right to lease the lease contract and the lease.
        He told the bank to take the necessary documents As he said, I went to the bank and put out the documents You can generously receive a loan after seeing And then he promised everything that he said and did everything right Then they invited the KVK to the district business center for interview The authorities there have fixed the documents and recommended the IOP branch Go back to the bank and sir KVK officials lone have suggested the petition The bank manager who reviewed it said it was correct After 5 months he was asked to be part of any section said that I belong to the SC category.
        The bank manager told me to see me after 4 days Later, he said, "We can only pay for the town of Veeraseelia Puram. Thus the mindset of the district collector tells them like this. I gave a petition The District Collector who reviewed the petition was Led Bank The manager examined and recommended the IOP bank Take a petition sent by Ledge Bank Manager 07.02.2018That evening at 3pm, Lobe bank branch manager at the court premises Whether the manager is a district ruler or not Whether it is a BJP prime minister Whether we are our primary bank manage can replace the task and what else can be done Take care of what you can do based on the SC categoryZakulian said that everything cannot be lone And he pushed me to the caste community Loan cannot be granted with subsidy Our superiors have said that So, sir, they lone my depression In the days that are coming up like me in the society Self-employed without educating the educated graduates By giving me the opportunity to improve, by the name of ZaithinSuitable on the IOP bank manager who is very worried about the worry request you to take action.

          Today around 1.30 pm i transferred an amount of rs 3500 from my iob savings account in kuravankonam, trivandrum the to my andhra bank savings account in chennai. By netbanking
          Iimmediately i got msg from iob that rs 3500 is debited from my iob account but it has not been credited to andhra bank savings account. I need the amount urgently please do the needful.
          I tried to contact the complaint numbers provided by the bank many times.
          But no one is responding.
          I am really disappointed with the banks service

                Dear sir,
                I m anirudha singh jat i was apply for a business loan through mukhmatri yuva uddami sceam.. My loan pass by indian overseas bank morena. But bank not give me a 6 month instalment relaxation but scheme told 6 monthsinstalment relaxation for new start-up... And not give me a subsidy..& also not give me a sanction letter.
                So please short out my problem because i m give also 6 months instalment and subsidy interest.. If my subsidy is come so my interest go to down and 6 month instalment adjustment

                  On[protected] i used twice my iob debit card (No.[protected]) to withdraw money at corporation bank atm at machilipatnam.

                  In first transaction i withdraw 10000/- amount from my account
                  (Time 15:14:57).

                  In second transaction i withdraw 10000/- amount. The amount is debited from my account but not disbursed. (Time 15:16:09)

                  So plese solve my issue as early as possible and return my amount 10000/- to my account as early

                      I have paid my electricity bill for amount 3628/-on 27/feb/2018 at 3.30pm which is due on 9/mar/2018. But i received mail from tangedco that i have not paid. Tangedco told that they didn't receive amount from their iob bank. So tangedco mailed iob dated 8/mar/2018 that to check and confirm whether amount credited to tangedco account or not, keeping me in mail. But iob still didn't reply to tangedco. I have keep on following iob 9times but no reply came from iob.

                        Here vadodara gujarat came from some work and when i needed money on the station, i went to the indian overseas bank atm at vadodara station to withdraw money where i took out three thousand rupees from the indian overseas bank atm where i got five note: one hundred rupees of a hundred and a two thousand note came out, but if the note of two thousand was torn, please note that this two thousand notes should be changed. And i am basically from chandigarh.

                          My name is parameswaran, i have taken education loan in iob periyar nagar branch on 2008 for amount 75k and also i have paid partially till 2016 the pending due on 2016 jan is 33k. Due to financial issue am not able to continue.

                          Recently my mother pension account was locked without any notice/notification. When we asked the reason to the branch manager (Periyar nagar branch) he is not giving respect my mother aged 70 because of that reason she got high blood pressure and metally depressed as well.
                          Next day i went iob and asked him reason for the roudly behavior but he not giving respect to anybody.
                          Here i have paid my all the pending amount now the balance is zero.
                          I want to know is there any policy to lock the account without any notice?
                          I was ready to pay the partial amount but without any notice they locked my mother account is this the way treating the customer?
                          I thought iob is the reputed bank but this type manager treating the customer very badly.
                          I want you to take necessary action for it.
                          If you fail to take action i will file the case against iob.

                            Last month i make debit card payment on a petrol pump rs.500 but it was not receive petrol pump owner my account no [protected]

                            He ask me earlier my money back with in 10 days but it not refund.
                            Today i talk again customer care number he send me another number [protected] after talking he ask me wait for 30 days and immediate disconnect my call. What i can do

Actually i wrongly transferred the amount of rs.4000 in the account of [protected] instead of [protected] through tez app. So i raised the complaint to upi department they told me to met iob branch manager at chintadripet branch since that the beneficiary account was inactice. Then i met branch manager from indian overseas bank at chintdripet again they told me the amount was already reversed from online department from indian overseas bank. So, please let me know the process to get refund the money in my account

                                    Iob moturu branch, andhra pradesh,
                                    They didn't give proper information and not responded from 1 year, even they resolve within 2 days it goes back and not working properly.
                                    Currently my account & atm is not working.
                                    They didn't activate my netbanking too
                                    They are saying it works it works but not work for long,
                                    I contact customer care also, even they also not listen my words,
                                    : you have to change attitude of persons in customer care and at branch
                                    They are soo lazy
                                    Indian Overseas Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
