ON 23 September 2024, iob debited trtr amounts 124, 122, 120, 118, 116 form my account, why? return my money

I am writing to seek your urgent assistance regarding a transaction that was mistakenly made to the wrong bank account on 10th June 2024 Receipt A/c number:- .[protected] (IOB)

Despite visiting my home branch and submitting a formal letter, I have not yet received any response from PhonePe, the bank, or the RBI regarding this matter. It has been almost 60 days, and I am in need of a resolution.

I kindly request your intervention to help resolve this issue.

I'm very helpless and however the Receiptant and bank manager won't response to our calls and mails.

I forgot my internet Banking login ID so please provide me ...or do the needful

I am a customer of saving account of Indian Overseas Bank, Vasundhara Enclave, Delhi branch from last several years with Account No : XXXX609. This is a joint account between me and my late mother Mrs. Shashi Nair.

On Dec 22nd, 2023, I've submitted form to mark her name as deceased in the savings account and transfer the Fixed Deposit which her in name with registered nominee.

I've also submitted forms for updating mobile and email number linked to the account to my existing contact details with required proofs.

All self-attested copies of supporting document have been handed over in the branch on same day and I was assured that the update would be done within 5-7 business days.

It has been almost a month and I do not see and update or communication from the bank to me regarding this. I do not live nearby the branch and it is difficult to travel to the branch just to get update on the process. I've checked with official customer care of Indian Overseas Bank and the shared landline number on official website and customer executive are all out of service.

Kindly look into this and provide an update.

I'm GOVINDAPOULLE Quentin-Balagourou from France.
Since three months, I'm not able to login through the bank website as my password is expired. Through website I made request for a temporary password by clicking on 'forgot password', but, didn't receive the password. I sent two mails (17th December 2023 & 02nd January 2024) to IOB Puducherry main branch without any response from their side. Through phone not able to contact them.
Kindly please help to fix this issue. Thanks in advance.

Somehow I forgot my online account password and applied for a change of my password. The bank says they sent a mail containing the password to my account. I have NOT got any mail from the bank for the entire day. I am not able to use the bank account for the past three days as I am not in my original city. They have another option that says I have to go to my branch which is impossible for me in the next 15 days because of my work. What I can do now?

I have booked train tickets from ixigo on 9th of October 2023 with transaction ID T2310091144190014661580. I cancelled the tickets on 13th of October and the refund amount has not credited in my account although the refund status is showing refund has completed with Arn number[protected]. It's not reflecting in my account.

I made a online hotel booking and cancelled it. In app it is showing refund is completed, but still I didn’t get my refund. Please look into this. Refund transaction id: [protected]-20230902011000000904810817143833701-158 . Please resolve this as soon as possible. Its been 35 days.
