I am complaint about my sms alert

As i have a loan and savings bank account in iob from 2014. I was payback my loan in 2018 but stil they were not closed my loan account as well as savings bank account. As they promise me that if i pay all the amount they will be close my account and also issue my loan clearence certificate. Now when i called him many times they (Mr nishant) misbehaved me and not issue my loan clearence certificate....

I have an account in your bank at iob nagaura with a/c no [protected]
All the kind of sms verification of any kind of transition has been sent on my registered no that is [protected].. But when i am trying to do an online transaction the otp has been sent on my old no.. I have complained it thrice but all in vein..
Please resolve it as soon as possible so i will be able to use mobile banking apps and...

they are not responding properly for death claim without nominee

couldn't sign in my internet banking site

I'am an indian overseas bank customer. I used to transfer funds through internet banking. From yesterday onwards i couldn't open my internet banking site. rude behaviour staffs

All the staffs in avinashi road peelamedu branch, coimbatore are behaving very rudely to their customers. One old lady has complained the staff for not responding to her and went out during office hours. about mobile banking

Can i access mobile banking without atm card and internet banking facility...??

Today morning i went to iob branch suramangalam salem, i asked the officer to avail the mobile banking alone. But he saying without atm and internet banking facility we cant avail the mobile banking. But i have atm card and forgot my pin number.. Without these can i avail the mobile banking facility...

When confirming with payumoney (This money transfer is done for purchase activity), they are telling the amount is not credited to their account. not respond for closing account

I lost my FD bond and I want to close that account in Madurai iob. Assistant manager and deposit section lady were not treat me like a customer...thay not at all given a detail for closing account ... most worst experience that never seen in my life... assistant manager (Vijaya) can handle my issue but she s not willing to work... she said me that wait I will call u... but she went out without informed ... I wait there for more than 1hour......

not returning my money

Worst bank i have ever seen, 3 times online transaction failed within 15days and no return of money. Lodged complain, they provided complain id il241214 on 24th dec 2017, but no progress since then, every time i call customer care of iob [protected] they asked me to call their department in morning ([protected]/[protected]) but no one ever answered from those numbers. I have tried at least once every single day for past 3 weeks....
