    I am an ner account holder. I opened ner account in portonovo branch while i was in singapore at 2008 and have contineous bank transction in last 9 years. I came to india for my holiday at the same time i approached bank for apply atm card. It's very worst experience in the portonovo bank. And the details are below
    9th nov 17. I approached bank and i was asking to submit atm form and adhar documents for apply atm card by bank person
    10th nov 17 i submitted adhar and filled atm form in the bank
    21st nov 17 i approached bank again and asking the atm card status. I was told by bank person that your atm application is missed. He asked me to update kyc before proceed atm card
    22 nd nov 17 i applied kyc with all relevant documents. Bank person asked me to come back after two days
    27th nov 17. I approached bank and i was told by bank person my pass book is still not ready. And also can't apply atm card
    I approached bank manager and explained everything. But there isn't any improvement on the progress.
    It's very disappointed with iob services in portonovo branch. I came to india for holiday. But iob services made me very stressed and disappointed with there poor services. I hope someone need to take action in iob portonovo and resolve my issues

      I have bought a smart phone via my indian overseas bank debit card form zestmoney on 11th nov but that orderd canceled and zestmoney send me the confirmation of cancelation and they aslo inform me that they have send the refund amount in my visa debit card and they also send that mail it will be credited as per bank rule on 17th. But today is 27th and still it not been credited i have mail and ph the merchant and they send me that they have already credited the amount to my bank account. But its still not credited. I want to know what has actually happen to my money. And where it's actually right now. And i want to know that who actually make me fool. And i also want remembasment of that delay. I want the reply as soon as possible and also i want my money back by tomorrow.

        In this branch, the manager is misbehaving with customer and getting some commission from customer who kept agri loan and jewel loan, and not helping in correct time, customer comes in emergency to get the loan but manager ask to come on evening or next day totally we are disappointed, please check and do needful

          transaction failed but amount deducted from account iob

          I paid a fee of rs 709.44 to on 29th october 2017 through internet banking which was debited from my account but the transaction had failed. I again made the same transaction later which was finally successful.
          Normally it takes 3 working days for any automatic reversal credit of a failed transaction but inspite of waiting for 4 days i didnt get a reversal thereafter i submitted an application to my home branch chandannagar (0649).br...

              Sir, it is highly regretted to lodge complaint against iob branch 1509 which deducted a total amount of rs 2453.22 (1155.22 + 1298) on 9.10.17 although i surrendered locker no.22 in april 1916.in spite of my several requests to br. Manager no action has been taken from his end to reverse deducted amount. Request to take immediate action to reimburse a hard earned money of a sr. Citizen lest faith on your bank will be lost and myself along with my family members will be compelled to close our accounts. Thank you.

                I am sivaraj k. From sirkazhi nagapatrinam district tamilnadu india. I transfer 30000 rs through iob sirkazhi branch (Nagapattinam district. Tamilnadu pin 609110 india) transfer machine on 4th november 2017. But that money was went into the machine and stucked into the machine. At the moment i informed to bank manager. He said it's in the system and i will give you in two days. But still we did not get our 30000 rs. Daily...

                  I'm the indian overseas bank one of the account holder @iob code 2821 mahalakshmi nagar chennai cashier doesn't proper response for all the customers they rudely talkative person we are really frustrated bcoz so many times i came deposit to my account he doing some other work i'm going to cancel my account if you not taken action defenetly we will make protest we need respect every customer is valuable so think about take immediate action

                    I used to live in dubai previously, that time i was using iob nri account for cash transactions, after coming back to india in exit, there was some gap and then i came to saudi arabia, i dont remember correctly when, but i had registered for net banking services and had my user id.. But i forgot the same now... I want to use the net banking services for my account...

                      I have tried to take rs 2000 from atm on 13.12.2016, but it was cancelled and i didn't receive amount but in my account the money has been taken, i have put complaint in my nearest branch it was almost 8months but the complaint was resolved

                      At the time of demonitisation period we can take only 4000rs per week . but in my account they have been taken 6000rs by bank.when i was complaint about this in bank they said you have been taken on 13.12.2016 . but I taken only 4000rs on12.12.2017 but the bank has taken extra 2000rs on 13.12.2017 which is highly impossible .it was going to about a year but my money is not refunded the bank reply is the transaction was successful, how it is possible.i have pass book as my evidence, please resolve my query as soon as possible it was 2000rs

                        I had lost my debit card, so i went to the bank for submitting the application for issuance of new debit card. Initially they took the application and said that the card will be issued in 15 days. After 20 days when the debit card pin was not recieved, i called to enquire, then they told that your account is dormant, u need to submit an application to reactivate it. I submitted the application for reactivation of the account, issuance of cheque book and issuance of debit card. After 1 week i recieved the pin through courier. But then after 1 week if recieving the pin, i called the bank, they said debit card isnt there yet and the cheque book application has not been forwarded. No proper reason was given for such delayed services. Total negligence was shown. And moreover, when i call on the bank's shalimar garden branch, they always ignore the calls and do not recieve them most of the times.

                          Sub: complaints on jmc branch, trichy..

                          This is m. Rajasekaran, i am working in bangalore. My fixed deposit is getting matured today 15-nov-2017
                          But it is found renewed by some iob employee without my knowledge and approval.

                          Could you explain me how you can renew it without my permission? I am planning to file complaint on this regard.

                          I saw it online just now that my fd is renewed to another two years without my knowledge.
                          It is highly discouraging me. I will definitely take legal action on iob for sure.
                          If i call the branch number[protected], no body picks the call.

                          And to close the fd i should travel to trichy from bangalore? Cannot you transfer the amount automatically to my iob account i had given in the same branch? Is this the customer service from you?

                          And the customer care no asked to go to trichy and talk to the branch manager and refused to take this complaints. How rude is this the customer care service too.

                            Sir, i govind m mukkawar have saving account no [protected] in nanded branch. App one month before 1500/- app. Deducted from my said account by ahmednagar branch on account of locker yearly charge, but for your kind inf. I left my locker & account 4-year back only.

                            Complain of same is given to nanded branch, from nanded branch complain done to ahmednagar branch, but till daye no use.

                            Pl. Help & take necessary action to avoid the same in future. Also pl. Take action against responsiable person. Everyone makes the mistake but rectify the mistake as early as possiable.

                              I am using internet banking facility for my accounts held with indian overseas bank. For the past 20 days, i am not getting otp/sms to use payment of bills options and i am being put into embarassment for payment of bills like airtel broadband, bsnl cell one, and at times it is not only embarassing me but it also mentally disturb me. I raised the issue to the bank on various dates through direct telephones and mails and they are unable to resolve it. If this continues i will definitely be sick and disturbed.

                                I have account number [protected] with salem-leigh bazaar (0655) branch of, i have done imps on 11-nov-2017 of rs.20000 /- and 14-nov-2017 of rs 19000 /- the amount is deducted from my account but amount is not credited in party account.

                                In online it is showing time out status, so please tell how will i get my money back

                                I paid a fee of rs 500 to icai on 30th october 2017 through internet banking which was debited from my account but the transaction had failed. I again made the same transaction later which was finally successful.
                                Normally it takes 3 working days for any automatic reversal credit of a failed transaction but inspite of waiting for 4 days i didnt get a reversal thereafter i submitted an application to my home branch kankurgachi on the manager's instance on 3rd november 2017. I was assured a quick response. On 8th november i received a complaint docket no 17005422 through message which was closed the very next day but still the issue was not resolved. I am yet to receive a reversal of rs500 in my account. I visited the branch today 13th nov and came to know that the manager has gone for a long leave for two months.
                                Yesterday i made a payment of rs 3000/- again through internet banking which was also a failure and i fear i will not receive an automatic reversal credit.
                                I feel sorry that a nationalised bank can treat their customers so shabbily.

                                  On Nov 11 at 7:10pm i used my card in iob ATM, when i tried to withdrawn 10000 rs in atm, suddenly atm machine was struck, Rs: 10000 debited from account but I didn't get the cash, kindly check and refund the amount as soon as possible, already it taken 5 days,

                                  I keep on trying phone banking to register my complaint, but it was always busy, i don't know whether my complaint has registered or not, plz resolve the issue without delay,

                                  Please take the issue on priority basis.
