Sir, i am reside at chennai i have been in gudiyatham for the past four saturdays and sundays, i am an account holder in your st. Thomas mount branch bank. For the past four saturdays and sundays your atm centre in gudiyatham which adjacent to the bank more particularly not working it tells contact another atm centre, when i was asked to the bank officials they lethargically told that all saturday and sunday atm unable to dispense money. Take necessary action to save your customers.

Make gudiyatham branch iob Atm to dispense money in all Saturday and Sunday and kindly instruct your officials those whom working in that branch to handling customers or public in a proper and decent manner.

      Very very poor service. Staff always absent/on leave. Manager is lazy/sleeping person. Is it the style of working? An rtgs was given to do at 3 pm and it was done at 5:55 pm. This is the bank. Rude behaviour is the habit, they have permanent job, nobody can take action against them. This is their statement. Take action against the manager and staff.

          I have an account in iob (Lucknow branch), due to my transfer i couldn't do any transactions from this bank for 2 yrs, now i want the account to be activated. The issue is they want me to be present physically in lucknow branch. Do i need to take off's for such things, i am mailing them from my registered email id, they can simply ask me the documents they need for activation or help me with some other branch in noida, but they don't want...

              That transaction failed but rs.2500 has been debited from my account.

              Asked payzapp... They have given the arn numbers..

              I got my money today 😊. Because of my IOB branch Madam, So many thanks to Chromepet, Chennai Branch Mam, asst manager!. (not to the Manager 😜) She lodged a complaint by asking me all details and within 2 days I got refund. So if u experience any failed transaction, don't call customer care, or rely on email support. Even you did online transaction, if it's failed. Immediately go to your corresponding bank directly and ask them to lodge a complaint and then get ur complaint ID. Thanks

                Complaining about iob-rajaghiri branch employees, i am a account holder. I went to bank for getting check book, but the workers they are responded properly. They said that i have to come in the evening, i went evening even though they didnt give the check book. They said to wait for 10mins, i waited for 15mins evethough they didn't give. This is not the first time. I experienced most of the times that your bank employees in iob-rajaghiri branch didn't respond well.
                Kindly consider this complaint and take immediate action.

                  Hi I have with drawn 1000 rupees from IOB ATM located at Addateegala, East godavari district, Andhrapradesh. On 29th october 2017 at 12.15 am. The atm counted and suddenly power is off and no cash is disbursed. I have waited till the power came in half an hour still no cash is delivered and atm loaded for some time and later showed temporarily out of service. No cash is out and the amount is debited from my account. I was expecting it to get credited and nothing happened till now.

                    I am one of your customer maintaning rs 10 lacs in your branch. Last one month i observed and complaints from other customer friends also... Service in front line counter is very poor. He is doint only a/c cash debits.. As i want to do rtgs rs 5 lacs to other a/cs urgently, he has given rude answer and he has given a direction to contact back side officers.. Every time passbook printer won't work... Last three months it is not working.. I am having one doubt that every bank is implementing single window concept.. Including cash receiptd ans payments.. Why your are not implementing it... Why you are allowing the person like him in front end seat.. It will effect the customer service... Your manager is also not taking any action on it..

                    Kindly take an action. And improve service... And remove the person like him in front end.. Otherwise ask him to do work fast as a single window operator

                            The transaction with track id ip[protected] for payment to bgkv, salt lake city, kolkata has failed. Amount of rs 3200 has been debited from my account. It has been 2 days and i have sent 3 emails to "[protected]@iobnet.co.in" but no response from them yet.

                              I am a social activist, while i visit iob, friday market branch last month i observed few incident inside the bank. The bank manager not giving respect to elders mainly for senior citizens. The manager mostly trying to speak in malyalam, while people asking in local language (Tamil) he getting more tensed & he is not able to answer properly to customer. The worst case is while senior citizens going to his cabin he is not even telling them to sit, this kind of basic sense as a officer he should have. Kindly taken action against this kind of officers.

[protected] was debited with Rs.115 on 15/03/2017 and again Rs.115 on 28/03/2017 without any reason and without my knowledge and without intimation to me through SMS. There are a lot of misc. debit like Rs.20.93 on 25/03, Rs.17.24 on 30/06, Rs.17.70 on 24/09/2017 without reason and without intimation to me. I request you to inform me the reason for debiting my account with Rs. 115 twice on 15.03.17 and 28.03.17 and other deductions and rectify the mistake immediately. Thank you sir.
