Respected sir/madam,

I am customer of your bank at shripur branch dist. Solapur (Maharashtra) having term deposits no.2010/ndrh/553549/4110019 dated 02/05/2011 for rupees 20000. The date of maturity was 21/04/2016 the same term deposit i have closed in last week but your your branch has given only principle amount. The interest from the date of maturity to date of closure is not yet received as per rbi guidline, after doing certain followup to your shripur branch nobody is giving the positive response please expedite the matter.

      I had applied for an atm card form the last 4 months and havent recieved it yet... When i enquired into the branch.. They dint even know where my application letter is.. The number to which my account was connected was wrong from past three years, just then i filled the form for my correct number, this is carelessness of employees, this is an horrible service by an national bank.. My branch is of sholapur, maharashtra... Ifsc code ioba0001231... This was my scholarship account but now as i have completed my studies i wanted to use it as my regular account but due to this delay im thinking of opening another account... Plz let me know asap

        My father has a iob account in st. Thomas mount branch, chennai with ifsc code:ioba0001581. For passbook entry he has gone today to bank. Staff has given information that after july no cash credit available. I made two transactions in sep 19 and oct 2 through neft. Staff how can he misguide telling no transactions available. He is really checking or working closing eyes. When i sent my uncle with neft ref no, then that staff has updated in passbook. So if a retired person who dont know to use atm card or net bankings.. Staff will cheat them because 2mins extra for updating passbook. My parents were tensed for 3hrs that no money was credited. How can they work so irresponsible. Repeatedly this branch has staff issues. Pls take action to increase customer service.

          My name is anandhan. R, i took a personal loan (Clean loan a/c no.[protected]) from indian overseas bank (Nehru street, puducherry, india) for an amount of rs.1, 39, 000/- with 36 months of tenure from the month of 10th september 2014 of emi: rs.4, 836/month. My 1st due started on 04th october 2014. My emi was not auto deducted during february and march 2016 due to system breakdown in the bank.in spite of my repeated follow-up, emi was deducted during april 2016 for that particular monthly only excluding emi for feb & march 2016. Due to the fault on the bank side, my emi tenure is extended till nov.2017 instead of sep.2017. That too, so far i had paid emi for 35 months totaling to rs.1, 69, 260/- and according to the above statements, the last emi should be rs.4, 836/-. Instead, i was prompted to pay rs.7, 371/- with an excess of rs.2, 535/-. Open interaction with the loan dept, i was explained that the excess amount of rs.2, 535/- pertains to the accumulation of the interest for the time period (20 days) between loan sanctioned date and loan disbursement date (Ie., 10 sept.2014 to 30 sept.2014). I am not able to get any further clarifications / support from the branch office. I was told that the branch manager is on leave for 2 weeks during oct.2016. Also during 11 oct.2016 instead of deducting rs.4, 836/- the bank has deducted rs.4, 066/- only even though there was sufficient fund in my sb a/c no.[protected].
          This kind of null response from the bank make a bad impression on the functions of a bank coming under rbi.
          I kindly request the concerned to look into this issue and provide a positive solution within this month since i would like to foreclose my emi this month itself (One month prior). Since the emi will be auto-deducted, in such a case i will not be able to stop the auto debit process.

          i am yet to receive an answer in spite of indicating the short deadline. Otherwise i would not able to recover the additional payment. Is there any escalation process
          Few days back when I went to a Indian overseas bank branch to open a savings bank account but they did not respond me well and asked me to come after some days due to their heavy work load. And still I unable to open a savings account
          Sb xxx3430 iob perungulam branch of ramanatrhapuram district. Other person sb account credit and debit details were given by ur bank to my mobile no.[protected]. I am not responsible for this account. This account non of me. Hence please delete my mobile number in that account no. Of xxx3430. Urs natarajan, ramanathapuram.

            I borrowed loan in a/c. Id. [protected]. With i. O. B. Erode arts college branch.
            I paid entire loan due and the branch manager concerned also issue “no objection letter to cancel h. P. Endorsement.”
            But, as per “cibil entr’’ it is showed as if i have to pay a due amount of rs. 3000/- which is absolutely false and incorrect.
            Due to this false entry. I could not obtain any other loan term any bank which causes me untold mental stress and agony.
            I there fore, request to clear the wrong cibil entry and declare i do not have any due amount to the bank, at the earliest.

            I had my IOB account in Vepery branch Chennai. It was inactive for over 5 years. Now I found my minimum balance in that account 1000 INR was stolen by the staff of that branch because my account was inactive. Help me how to get my money back.

              Dear sir,

              Bank: indian overseas bank
              Transaction type: debit card transaction.

              I ordered and paid rs.1209/- for 2 units of the product and then cancelled both of them. But the paytm refunds full amount to my bank account.1209, but i have received only 605. Still i did not receive the remaining balance 604. Paytm has told me we are already sent to this transaction 74766517215730563730543. So they advised me please ask iob customer care. After that i raised one complaint in iob customer care, my complaint no is: il70905. Still i did not receive any message for my complaint. Please check and verify my complaint as soon as possible sir.

                I take a clean loan from iob nayagarh, the instalment is deducted from my sb account.but bank system is not diducted in time.by which penal interest imposed .several time complain but my problem is not solve.in this month also penal interest imposed. so please solve the problem and the total penal interest which is imposed, refund it to my account.

                      online payment failure

                      I have done online fees payment to apply in central govt sector. I have used my debit card to pay the fees. The transaction was failed but amount deducted from account.

                      So i went to withdraw some cash from atm and when i tried to withdraw some cash it says, i have entered wrong pin but i did enter the right one. I went to another atm and to another it says the same thing i have entered the wrong pin but i remember my pin and i didn't change. Actually i even did some online purchase using same pin from amazon. What's wrong? My dc is blocked what do i do? Nobody from customer care takes my call. I need to withdraw urgently have shopping to do.

                        Myself sunil kumar visited today iob ranjit avenue, amritsar branch for a query of mudra loan of rs two lakh (2, 00, 000), my profile is i had worked with honda dealership as a general manager sales and my income tax returns of last three years are average ten lakh above per year,

                        In the meeting with mr alok seth (Bm) iob, ranjit avenue, first question he raised that “why you are not opting your existing bank “

                        Means iob not required more customers those came from other banks,

                        Second my query is which type of profile iob required for dealing or other services like loans/limits,

                        Kindly look in to, otherwise i will write to pmo/mudra/iob md

                          I have made a transaction through net banking and it is displayed as transaction failed, but the amount rs.5, 310/- is deducted. And again i made the transaction second time and transferred the same amount rs.5, 310/-. When i contacted the other party and they told that they have not received twice and it is the problem payment gateway or my bank. Please look into this and see that the amount is credited into my account. This incident took place on 1st of august, 2017.

                            Yesterday evening, i was withdraw the cash 10, 000/- from atm but cash not received and i got the text debited amount of rs. 10, 000/-. I am continuing calling to customer care but no one picking the call. Website is not working. Not any email id to submit a complaint. On google not any website of indian overseas bank and customer care number ringing but no one is picking the call since yesterday.

                                I have nro account (Account no.[protected]) with villivakkam branch. Ten days back i had registered for the on-line internet banking and forwarded the registration by e-mail to villivakkam branch.

                                Since i am residing outside india, i could not go personally to the branch to submit the registration form. Kindly look into and pl activate my account for internet banking

                                We clearly stated that in written as we wanted monthly interest on our 5 deposites of 1 lakh each which we deposited on 30th September, 2017. Very negligently the cited your personnel set them as interest at the end of term. Also as of now interest on all of them have not been received. Our s/b.A/C.no.2159.
