Sir, i have maintained joint sb account in crawford, trichy baranch (Ifsc ioba0001753/ micr[protected] no. [protected] and opend on 23.01.2008. I have not received debit card. But you have debited amount rs.118-00 from my account on 02.09.2017. Hence i requested that the amount may kindly be cridited my account. I have tried to meet our branch manager but in vain. Hey, This is Sai Immadisetty and my IOB acc no is [protected]. Whenever am trying to access the internet banking, I was not able to do it because it was not taking my password. So, when I started resetting the password and during the process, it will say I had entered the invalid details. Please look into this and fix it asap.

    I am an account holder in the kothagiri branch of iob. I have been issued with a debit card [protected] months back and have received a message from the branch that my above number has been activated. But i have not been provided with the pin without which the debit card stands useless. Kindly do the needful. I am in dire need of this pin no. The branch is not able to give a satisfactory reply to my complaint. All they could say was to verify with the post office which deals with my mails; since the pin is usually intimated through registered posts the post office was sure enough to state that no registered post has been addressed to me in the recent - past and undelivered and returned. I have specifically mentioned in my atm application that my mailing address should be my office address.
    Indian Overseas Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    As on today, Bank manager of IOB Krishnagiri, TN. is not cooperating with the customers for registering the property after paying all dues of modgauge loan. Action needs to be taken as he is not fit for the position

        I have sb a/c in iob lakhimpur kheri up. Messages sent by bank in different ve vm dm. If all messages sent in ve or vm or dm passbook will be men tanned. All in tries can be found together. It will be very easy and comfortable for everybody availability of all in tries at same place. Consider my suggestion try to implement as soon as possible. Thanking you.           Dear sir,

          Last 5th september - 2017, i have spoke with the branch manager by phone for applying credit card. The branch manager simply refused me with very bad words. I explained him that as a customer i have rights to ask you the reason why i cant apply the credit card but he is not reply me properly and also i try to explain him that i have met all the requirements & conditions which is mentioned in the iob website of credit card application requirements.

          The branch manager said that he don't want to waste his time to talk with me so i request him to replay my mail with all the requirement & conditions.

          I am not understanding why the bankers are not listening the customers & simply refusing.

            I am an iob, adambakkam, chennai - 88 - sb a/c holder no.31282 (Joint a/c with my brother, wife, and daughter). A cheque for rs.1.0 lakh issued by one of the joint a/c holder is returned by the branch; due to non-entry of the joint account holder in their computer. But in the pass book issued by them, all the names is printed. Also the bank has issued a mandatory form for ecs.in that also both the a/c holders name is acknowledged duly signed and sealed. When i approached the adambakkam bank branch manager to solve the complaint, they have no answer and simply bluffing by hiding their mistakes.

Already mortgage registration also completed on 07.07.2017 to bank. But the bankers are not follow up my application till now with the cause of no manager available at branch.                 You have the worst customer care helpline services, aalogo se kuch hota nhi or solution k naam par fir koi or number dedete ho, or vaha bhi koi call nhi utatha. Mai lagataar teen dino se [protected] pe call krr rha hu, ye mujhe aaphike customer care valo ne dia tha or iss no. Pr call jane k bavajood koi bhi call receive nhi krr rha, agar kaam nhi hota to 24*7 mat likha karo

The transaction failed because after long counting note runs, no cash paid. As such i have withdrawan at union bank of india atm.                         Dear sir i am devesh gupta from shuklaganj unnao i used my atm card since 4th september for a withdrawal of 10000 rupees with sbi atm rajdhani road shuklaganj at the time o[censored]sing atm atm power was shut down so that payment cannot collect to me but my account showing the deduction of that amount 10000 rupees in this manner i complaint with my bank since 6 september the complaint number is[protected] my amount is not credit back to me till now and when i asked the branch they says that status is pending more time is passed out so please credit that amount to my account and inform us.

                          I have opened a nre account in iob2727 elankadai branch. I applied for atm card. The information they gave was they would send me the atm pin to my overseas address and i should come and collect the atm card. This is so mean. Because i cant come there for getting atm. And its been over a month since i applied for atm. They already took the money from my account. And i haven't received my atm pin. I would request you to send bothe my atm and pin to my local address which i have given in the application form. I also applied for net banking in my application. If your people are not following whats in the application form then what is the need of giving those columns in the application. I request you to send all my bank and atm details to my local address.

                            I made an online recharge for Airtel DTH for Rs.510 on 13th July 2017 at 11:03 am. but the amount was not credited in their account although it got debited from my account.
                            On notifying airtel about this they told me to enquire with my bank and
                            I submitted a complaint (complaint ID[protected] on this transaction on 24th July 2017 and waited for more than a month but did not get a refund
                            While the bank employee told me to put another complaint about the same I did file another complaint on it on 31st August 2017 with complaint ID[protected]
                            And haven't got any response till now
                            kindly help me with getting my money back by processing the complaint that I have filed

                              Regret to inform that we feel ashame to hold sb acc in your reputed bank. I am here to complain about the atm service in my area. It's been a decade that you can see the atm shutter has been kept closed or stated with 'out of service'. No longer than one day it was working properly or insufficient money. People are really disappointed at their every visit to atm. It may make people to choose different bank in order to facing this kind of problems. You can even see people standing in a long queue to withdraw for just 100s nd 200s when you make a surprise visit. Hope you will look into this complaint and do necessary actions in positive manner.                                 Today. I went to iob bank, chennai periyar ngr branch. Nothing had been maintained properly dee... The madam who is responsible for account opening n debit card issuing she is not even doing proper work taking too much time for each customer are we sitting simply in home dntv have work to waste our time for bloody small issue. I just came to give a letter regarding my atm pin wich i have fagot i just want to get new pin for giving tat lett er am standing for past one n half hour someone standing from morning for other issues wat the hell is this if it continues i will seriously recomendn to everyone nit to maintain any account at ur branch... Thse people cuming simply cuming n sitting n getting salary... People like this are waste they dnt deserve to work anywhere ask them to solve the query as quickly else throw them out... Hope the management will consider this pls it's my request to u... I dnt knw tat madam she sits in corner wearing specs..

                                  My self akshay gitey have an account in iob branch of hoshangabad. I have applied for new atm card because my old atm card has been lost. The branch reissue atm card and said that otp will come in your mobile number at the time of transaction but yet i have not received my otp. I even tried for 10 to 20 times and complain to branch. But they have not taken any action. I got message of account details of withdrawal, deduction and saving in my number only but not received otp.

                                    I would like to take loan for renovation of home in iob. So, i have visited budalur branch (Nearby) and inquired about loan details. Am having all the documents, bank officials also gone through my documents and told that eligible to get such loan. After that they told me that they will contact me. But i didn't receive any calls from bank. Whenever am contacting them, they are answering the same answer what earlier they said. I don't know the reason behind this why they are not responding. I require this loan on urgent basis.

                                      Today at around 3o'clock i have called to the helpine number to know the ststus of my account which is new. But i have received vulgur answers from the online guy by name mansoor from chennai mount road branch.

                                      At first i have asked him how much time it will take to open an account in your branch. He replied back to me stating that it will take 3 days of time. After that i have told him that as per my company norms they have requested us to open the account in iob bank. After that conversation had happened for more that 8 minutes speaking very rudely with the customer. I have stated so many times like "this is not the right way to speak/deal with the customer". For this he replied back like "teach me how to speak so that i will learnt from you".

                                      After this conversation i have asked him like how it will be possible to come to the branch during office hours. He replied back like "you only need to come and collect all the documents from the branch". For this reply i have asked him like how we will come to the branch for this he replied back like you can change the branch to nearest branch. For this he is asking me like o tell the pin code of my nearest location. As i forgot the pin code i have asked him o search in google and let me know the procedure. For this he spoke to me like "you have been in chennai for more than 3 years first you tell me the pin code

                                      I would like to know is this is the right way to speak with the customer. I am sincerely requesting you people to learn how to deal with the customers for better growth of your organization.

                                      I am very frustrated and so only i am writing this lodging a complaint. Hope i will get reply as soon as you see this scenario which i have stated above.
