He had told me "get out from my bank" which word really hurted me. I had been felt worst service of iob. So kindy help me to save my money in your bank. And help me.

    To, the regional manager, indian overseas bank, thiruvanandhapuram,
    Respected sir, i would like to register a complaint regarding our land document which is submitted to indian overseas bank, branch keekozhure ranni, by my father as he took a housing loan on a joint account in name p c mathews, mollykutty mathew and anu p mathews.
    2012 my father passed away, on 2014 we payed all the amount of hosing loan as the bank asked, and after we told about a agriculture loan, the same we settled in cort, and we payed the amount as per the cort judgement.
    Then we submitted all the papers what bank asked like consent letter and all. Then the bank saying that, still the account is not closed just because they didn't received the money around five thousand rupees which is deducted from the interest amount by the respected cort judgement. Now the bank is asking us to pay around fifteen thousand rupees to return our submitted document or wait until the account close by the bank higher authority. Both are showing that the bank is not respecting the cort judgement.
    As an aged widow my mother requesting to return our land document because she need to do the partition and all.
    Kindly do the needful other wise we forced to register a complaint on banking ombudsman.

      Hi,
      I am dipen bhadra, on 4sept2017 i paid my daughter's school tuition fee using your website. Which is HTTPS://www.iobnet.CO.in/iobpay/entry.do. on that same day i received the bellow email that the transaction has been failed and the amount will be credited within 3 working days. But till now it is not been credited. I called to customer care no[protected],[protected]. But everybody is redirecting to others no one giving me the exact solution. I requesting to you please help me asap. I have sortage of money if i am not getting back that amount it will be difficult for me to pay tuition fee for my daughter.

      I have not got any help from consumer department rather several time I called to customer care officer to start complain process, but they always misguide me. I visited bank several time suddenly I found with a good man he helped me and this issue solved. Thanks Dipen

      What the hell is going on I don't understand. So many days passed still no solution. Even no answer from your end or the bank's end. Even they don't bother receiving when called. Very poor service. I am totally disappointed.

          I am krishnakumar having iob sb a/c no [protected] at Njettoor-Kulanada branch.
          I have tried to withdraw an amount of Rs.6000/- at SBI bank atm at karakad(Allapuzha Dist kerala)on 9/9/2017 at 9.50AM Transaction was complete, but, the money not delivered but after 5 mints time I receved a sms that money is debited to my account

              I am k. Sankaranarayanan having iob sb a/c no.[protected] at tambaram branch.
              I have tried to withdraw an amount of rs.1000/- at corporation bank atm near tambaram sanatorium railway station. Transaction was complete, but, the money not delivered and stated that notes of 100 and 500 not available.
              As such, i want to east tambaram union bank of india atm and withdrawan rs.1000/-.
              But my account debited twice and my balance is reduced by rs.2000/- (Rs.1000/- each).

              I have tried to withdraw rs.1000/- at corporation bank, tambaram sanatorium branch near tambaram sanatorium, chennai -600047. The transaction failed because after long counting note runs, no cash paid. As such i have withdrawan at union bank of india atm. No cash paid at the atm of corporation bank, tambaram sanatorium near railway station, but, amount deducted in my iob, tambaram branch, mudichur road, tambaram, chennai -
              45 sb account no.[protected]. Please do the needful to credit back to my sb a/c.

                I am existing customer of savings account holder - iob

                By 2nd week of aug - 2017 i have submitted the requesting letter to change my account holder name as per gazette notification and from bank side they to updated. But after that i asked some acknowledgement that with effective date the updation occurs for my records purpose. But they said it is not possible to retrieve the updated correction date from the system. So they asked some time, to cross check with manual submission forms. But today (07-sept-2017) that to not possible.

                I am very much disappointed this type of answers from the nationalized banks like iob because nowadays everything come in systematized manner by unable to see from bank side is very worst.

                  Iob bank is charging 177 rupees for issuing new atm card to new users in agaram then branch. But in their official page they said no charges for new atm card. My account number is [protected].

                  Can they charge like that?

                  And it took 2 weeks to get my passbook bcoz they are saying to come tomorrow again and again... If i went the next day they are asking me to come afternoon do they thing i dont hav any work?
                  And atlast when i got my passbook i saw many applications lying waste without processing and in pending state... So they are not working properly

                          I am having savings a/c in iob nilagiri vattam thanjavur. My a/c no. Is [protected]. I made online payment via netbanking to irctc for rs.450/- on 02/09/17. Irctc status showing that payment is failed but rs.461.80 is debited from my a/c. Till now the debited amt. Is not re-credited in my a/c. Transaction id is [protected].
                          Kindly do the needful to return the debited amt.

                            Your web site jst caused me 1000 rupees of penalty to my other bank loan account. I have to pay my emi to a account every month as i do it as usualy. But today it is last day for the payment and when i tried to pay my emi to that account the fund transfer option only showed me 10 added payees names, i tried it to a hell number of times today, still your web site didnt recover the bug.
                            So can some one answer my problem, and any way i already know that you are not gonna answer to my 1000 rupees penalty bt atlest answer to the bug in your website mean while i will google about online consumer cout policys.

                                I tried to withdraw cash of 1500 with my hdfc credit card at iob atm at perambakkam.Thiruvallur-631402...1st time it does not responded but 2nd trial i got cash of 1500rs...But in my credit card statement it has reflected like 2 times of withdrawl...My statement amount now is 3000rs..Please help me out this

                                  For the past few months atm counter did not open by the bank officials. So the customers have to go to another bank's atm. The bank officials not consider this complaint as a serious issue. So the customer have bear additional service charge for using atm's of other banks. This is a serious a problem for the customers in iob edava locality. Consider this as a complaint

                                      I need to update the bank account register number to new number. I tried updating through online portal but i found no such options.

                                      When checked through customer care service, i came to know that only way to update the number is to go to bank directly and request via letter.

                                      I am staying too far away from the bank, infact i am in another state. I really find it is very difficult to travel to bank for this small change where technologies have been developed vast.

                                      It seems to be very poor online service and not upto standards!!
