I am existing customer of savings account holder - iob

By 2nd week of aug - 2017 i have submitted the requesting letter to change my account holder name as per gazette notification and from bank side they to updated. But after that i asked some acknowledgement that with effective date the updation occurs for my records purpose. But they said it is not possible to retrieve the updated correction date from the system. So they...

Iob bank is charging 177 rupees for issuing new atm card to new users in agaram then branch. But in their official page they said no charges for new atm card. My account number is [protected].

Can they charge like that?

And it took 2 weeks to get my passbook bcoz they are saying to come tomorrow again and again... If i went the next day they are asking me to come afternoon do they thing i dont hav any work?br...

I have made a online transaction on[protected] to irctc, but my transaction was unfortunately failed. I have made a complaint few times in my home branch, but they aren't taking this issue seriously.. Please kindly go through with my issue..

I am having savings a/c in iob nilagiri vattam thanjavur. My a/c no. Is [protected]. I made online payment via netbanking to irctc for rs.450/- on 02/09/17. Irctc status showing that payment is failed but rs.461.80 is debited from my a/c. Till now the debited amt. Is not re-credited in my a/c. Transaction id is [protected].
Kindly do the needful to return the debited amt....

Your web site jst caused me 1000 rupees of penalty to my other bank loan account. I have to pay my emi to a account every month as i do it as usualy. But today it is last day for the payment and when i tried to pay my emi to that account the fund transfer option only showed me 10 added payees names, i tried it to a hell number of times today, still your web site didnt recover the bug.
So can some one answer my problem, and any way...

The day july 31, my account was credited by 800 rupees. I got sms as my account was credited. But i cannot take the money from atm machine. I already informed my branch. They told the money will credited within 74 hours. But still now not credited to my account. So kindly please refund the amount.

I did not receive any sms alert during cash withdrawal from atm and bank. It was very urgent bcoz i use this account for many purposes. I hope u will help me soon

For the past few months atm counter did not open by the bank officials. So the customers have to go to another bank's atm. The bank officials not consider this complaint as a serious issue. So the customer have bear additional service charge for using atm's of other banks. This is a serious a problem for the customers in iob edava locality. Consider this as a complaint...

mere account apke bank me hai meri branch nangloi in delhi me hai. meri beti ka student account open karna tha main gaya main form manga usne ka ki yahan form khatam hai fir mane puch kab ayega to usne bola harme yahan account open nahi hota kisi aur bank me khol lo fir mein customer care ko phone kiya usne kahan bat kardo fir dubra phone nahi mila...

I need to update the bank account register number to new number. I tried updating through online portal but i found no such options.

When checked through customer care service, i came to know that only way to update the number is to go to bank directly and request via letter.

I am staying too far away from the bank, infact i am in another state. I really find it is very difficult to travel to bank for this small...

I am hariharan e, i opened my account in iob on 29-08-17 in chitlapakkam branch, tambaram sanatorium, tambaram, chennai. Today i submitted a cheque in the chitlapakkam branch for the purpose of encashing it. But they refused to collect the cheque which was dated on 27 july 17. Though it has two more month of time to become an outdated cheque, they refused to collect my cheque and also they are saying its not in the rule to collect a cheque...
