Since from last six months otp is not been received to my registered mobile number, so i made a complaint regarding this! But the issue was not cleared, but from this week i could'nt place a call for otp too. Please clear this issue as soon as possible, how can i use the server of this iob net banking if any emergency, please make an action soon!!!
Indian Overseas Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
My complaint ID MIGHT 240704 has not been solved so far.
I am not getting OTP on my registered mobile for Indian Overseas Bank (IOB)

    This is my kind information please, i have used TAMIL NADU MERCANTILE BANK ATM (south veli street - madurai) dated on 29/07/2017. I didn't recive the money (rupees - 3000) instead of that i have recived the message as "CASH NOT AVAILABLE" in the ATM slip.
    i have given the complaint letter to the INDIAN OVERSEAS BANK( madurai south) Manager dated on 31/07/2017 about the particular problem mentioned above.
    i have provided the copy in which the money has been debited.
    please note if we fail to recive the payment within 15 days form the date of the letter we shall be obliged to pass on the matter to our legal advisor at your risk and cost.

    My account was freeze with out being informed and the person was being lazy and made me do 2 -3 rounds and in the end did not do the work, my account does not have any loan or emi which get deducted or any problems in 6yrs and it does have a balance still it's being freeze

      Dear sir,

      Ref: my sb account no. [protected]

      On 08.08.2017 i transferred a sum of rs, 341/80 from my sb account to paytm wallet. This transaction was confirmed by sms alert on 08.08.2017 at 12.15pm. The text message as follows:
      "rs.341/80 debitted to to sb. Xxx8071 cl. Bal. 241265.37 (Paytm-1000) br-1083 on 08.08.201713:25:16"

      But this amopunt was not added to my paytm wallet. Regarding this i raised a querry on 10.08.2017 and their reply is as follows:

      "we are sorry to inform that you were not able to make transactions through your iob net banking. We would like to inform you that net banking for iob bank currently disabled. Once this service is made available again we will notify you.

      If you have any querries or concerns please reach out to us"

      While the stage is this, the amount debiited to my sb account ought to have been credited back to my account. Till this time the debited amount has not yet been reverted. Please check it out and redress my grievance.

        Iam k. N. Vellingiri having an a/c in the iob in annur branch a/c no 10929. When i tried to withdraw rs 20000 from my a/c on 9th august 2017 around 1.00 pm from the iob atm annur at the time atm machine switched off so that i could not recievd any money nor any reciept from the atm. But when i checked the balance from the other atm after an hour the balance was deducted from my a/c.
        I have already given the complain to the iob annur branch but till now no any reply come not the money.
        So iam requesting you to take necessary action

          I have initiated a payment of electricity bill of pspcl for rs. 5070/- on 07.08.2017 through net banking. My account no. Is [protected] with iob, sector-28, chandigarh. Due to intruption in internet connection i have not entered the otp sent to me by bank for payment and the payment was not forwarded to pspcl. But the amount of rs. 5070/- was wrongly debited by bank from my account.

          Therefore, kindly look into the matter and refund my amount at the earliest.

          On Tuesday 08/08/2017 I paid ₹4947.80 from my iob netbanking for my LIC premium payment. Amount debited from account but not premium payment not successful. Till today (11/08/2017) amount not yet credited to my account. Pls kindly do needful . further I attached my screenshot of amount debit from My account.

            Dear sir, i have made a online shopping on 7th aug 2017. Rs. 1526 for the items in my cart, the amount was deducted from my account but the order has not gone through, i have not received any confirmation email from limeroad.com.

            Immediately i called my branch office @ nagashettyhalli branch and informed the bank manager to stop the payment, for which he said we can not do anything since it is a online payment. He also said that if the order does not go through then automatically the amount will be bounced back to your account.

            Meanwhile, i called the limeroad.com customer care and checked about the order, they said that the order shows as 'in process', if the order goes through then i will receive a notification within 24 hours., unfortunately, i didnt receive any notification or confirmation email till now.
            I would appreciate your goodselves to please look into this issue and help me with the order or to put back the amount in my account,

              Hi, this is praveen fro. Chennai, am. Maintaining account in i. O. B periyar nager branch chennai 82... Me and my father maintaining acc this this branch for long this.. But now some lady staffs is not behaving in proper way... Mainly for atm service one officer is there her name is kasthuri officer whis is responsible for atm. Opening and account opening... Not giving proper responce and behaving very wild at customers and using bad words on customers n treating customers very badly and one more office name is anuja officer for cheaq clearing also not treating customers properly using unwants words.. Please if this go like this no one will maintain account in this office.. Please transfer these two officers somewhere... Take correct action on them... Thank you

                My PAN No AAAPM3156D in the name of Kamal Kishore Mohindroo availed vehicle loan of Rs.350000/- from Indian Oveseas Bank Vasant Vihar, New Delhi vide loan No.[protected] Dt 12.07.2006. The loan was repaid without single default and the full money was repaid by me on 31.10.2013. As per CIBIL report with control No [protected] Dt. 17.03.2017 Rs. 181305/- is being reflected in my CIBIL resulted in detrioration of my CIBIL. Taken up with bank several times but of no use. Copy of letter Dt. 17.03.2017 of No Due certificate as well as taken up with CIBIL for rectification is enclosed.

                  My PAN No AAAPM3156D in the name of Kamal Kishore Mohindroo, availed vehicle loan of Rs.350000/- from IOB Vasant Vihar, New Delhi on 12.07.2006. The loan closed on 31.10.2013 without single default. Still current balance of Rs.181305/- being reflected in CIBIl resulting in detriorating of CIBIL scoring.                     I m Gowtham ramamoorthy from namakkal . I ve SB account on iob namakkal branch Ac no [protected]. I received cheque book form bank. I lost cheque leaf no 123941 so i make stop payment in my iob mobile app on march month itself 2017. But now that cheque leaf 123941 is applied for collection on 17 th July 2017 . bank also allowed and make the collection for 200000 unfortunately my account didn't ve that much amount . now they give statement insufficient fund.i went iob namakkal town branch and ask branch manager they not responding properly . then why you give app for me if stop payment not working means . but status in mobile app give cheque stopped but in bank statement give insufficient fund . bank manager told app was not working don't use app like that . then why that app close that. I need proper response

                      Please increase the line of your customer care. Not getting good services from them.

                        Hi sir, i am vijay from perungalathur, i have account in new perungalathur iob branch due to unemployment i am doing beauty parlor business hence i planned to develop my shop so i applied loan in district business center under uyegb scheme on 28-june-2017, so they confirmed and send the letter to iob bank and one hard copy letter to me to meet bank manager for loan. Hence i am keep on visit bank from july 10 2017 but they keep on telling we did not receive any letter from their hence aug 4th i went to district business center again to get status after i checked they provided docket number i check at post office they told iob bank received letter at 20-july-2017 itself, so again i gone their and told that that clear status after that also the same replied from mrs. Geetha lakshmi "we did not received any letter"this is how the treating customer at iob, even she did not check with any people and simply telling no chance to provide for loan.
                        So i am really regret for the iob services.

                        IOB Employee used bad words for customers, employees very angry to treated customers, ATM Cards not provided to the customers, the employees cannot service to the customers, they are order to the customers, i have account for iob bank mallapuram branch but the bankers not given the atm cards kindly re solve my problems

The website of bank is also not working as i am trying to register complaint from last days but not able to register. Services wise this bank is most pathetic as such long time taken to just issue the cheque book

                                sb account was blocked without prior information

                                Very very worst experience i really felt iob is not a user friendly bank.
                                Some one has wrongly transferred money to me. That guy was got my mobile number from my home branch and informed this issue. That guy was contact to me and i was refund his amount via my another bank account.
                                So he was satisfied due to he got an amount and i am also happy because unknown amount was refunded to corresponding person.
                                But the iob...

                                Dear sir/ma'am,
                                I am risha ph, my account no. Is [protected]. Sir on 5th august i tried to withdraw 1700 rs through atm. But that time current has gone & atm machine has stopped. I got the message as debited but i didn't get my cash. I complained on the spot to the bank personnel. But still my account balance is not credited. I complained on 8th august too. The person said to register the complaint here. Please do needful as soon as possible.
