Still current balance of Rs.181305/- being reflected in CIBIl resulting in detriorating of CIBIL scoring. Personally visited IOB on number of times but of no use. I have account in indian overseas bank and account number is [protected]. I am trying to send the money but i am not getting OTP NUMBER. I called customer care people also but it always busy and once in blue moon its ringing but nobody is attending the call.
Please increase the line of your customer care. Not getting good services from them.

Very very worst experience i really felt iob is not a user friendly bank.
Some one has wrongly transferred money to me. That guy was got my mobile number from my home branch and informed this issue. That guy was contact to me and i was refund his amount via my another bank account.
So he was satisfied due to he got an amount and i am also happy because unknown amount was refunded to corresponding person.

Sir iam the account holder of your bank... I want to know about your bank rules... If some one wrongly transfer the amount to another account. And they finally find it out that they have sent thant amount to wrong account... And they asked that wrong account numbers address and phone number from ur bank..
