I m vinoth kumar. G from chennai. I have lost my old mobile number in which i have registered to my iob account. So i have got a new number and i need to change my number in my account for my account updates. So i kindly request you to take my complaint and help me to recover this problem. It is important to me since i have to travel so long to north india.

      Sir iam the account holder of your bank... I want to know about your bank rules... If some one wrongly transfer the amount to another account. And they finally find it out that they have sent thant amount to wrong account... And they asked that wrong account numbers address and phone number from ur bank.. You will give their phone number and address to them... This only i want to know sir... Plz reply me sir

        Dear sir/mam,

        I am having an sb account with you for the past seven years. Sb: [protected], jl:[protected]. As my jewel loan has opened with wrong interest rate, i cannot able to close my loan since it is showing higher installment amount. Though the interest rate has manually changed in system accordingly, i am getting difference amount. Kindly take this issue to higher level and make my loan interest rate as applicable on the date of opening. As i have to close loan immeditely for emergency purpose, do this favour as soon as possible.

          Dear sir,

          My dad got a call from [protected] number on 05aug2017 5.30 to 6.00 pm and person asked for how much amount in account and asking for debit card details.

          I tried to reach him on same number and asked for details.. He said he is from kvb customer care, chennai (Name: mohit kumr emp id:)

          I just asked him why you need all these details.. Then he started talking very rudely and said what you can do? Complaint to anyone? Nothing can be done..

          He started threatening us that you are going to see whats going to happen for your dad. Please help us.

          Note: still that person is attending the call, easily you can catch hime if you can trace now

I called iob customer care he said your money in "sundry creditor". So i called so many time and mailed him but he didn't add amount to my account. My humble request you please solove the problem as soon as possible...

                    I had attempted to withdraw money from icici bank cantonment branch, trichy atm of rs. 10000 on 24.4.2017. The amount has been debited in my account. But not received cash. 2 complaints this regarding to the branch manager of indian overseas bank, district court branch. Subsequently i had received the message from indian overseas bank central office chennai, your complaint has resolved (My complaint id is[protected]. But still now the amount has not credited my account. I also approached the icici bank, cantonment branch trichy and explained my transaction details. They have not take any steps or any response to me. Kindly take necessary action to my complaint to credit the amount in my account as early as possible. Thanking you

                      Sir,
                      I have taken car loan amounting to rs.3, 00, 000/- from iob rasulgarh branch of bhubaneswar, odisha on 04.02.2016. The amount of monthly instalment was fixed rs.6487/- per month which is suppose to be recovered from my sb account standing in the same branch. First instalment for rs.6487/- was recovered on 16.03.2016. Second instalment was recovered on 02.05.2016 for rs.6490/- instead of 6487/-, then rs.6493/- was recovered on 04.05.2016. There was sufficient money in my account, so i lodged compaint in the branch. Again same thing repeated on 06.09.2016 by recovering a amount of rs.6493/-.in the next month rs.6487 was recovered on 06.10.2016. After two days again rs.2.00 was recovered as penal interest. Same thing happened again on 06.07.2017 which was recovered rs.6492.00.
                      Now in the month of august, 2017 it is suppose to recover on today i. E. 04.08.2017 which has not been recovered.
                      Every time i had submitted my complain to the concerned branch by e-mail/phone, but nothing is going smoothly. I have sufficient money in my sb account. Why unnessarily i am penlised being a old customer of your bank. Kindly take necessary steps to recover the amount in time andd free me from this type of harasment being a senior citizen.

                        Very poor so working in the branch of staffs
                        Am a Indian Bank Customer. When I use IOB Atm to take money Rs.500 as fast cash the first try cash didn't come . Second try cash came but Rs.1000 was deducted . Rs.500 was deducted extra .

                          Hello, my name is nidhi and my account number is [protected] in lucknow chowk branch. The problem is my account is deactivated suddenly with out any reason. I am a researcher student in allahabad. It became very difficult for me to go to lucknow for the only activation of the account. So my humble request to you please activate it as soon as possible.

                            The iob branch in indirapuram (Ghaziabad) 1852 is non workable and despite repeated efforts by the bank its not being repaired for non availability of the so called part.

                            Request to look into the matter as the printer is repaired or replaced immediately. The bankers have approached the repairer but the problem has not been solved for one or the other reason. The elderly persons like me are under duress due to the same.

                              From past 1 year this bank is cutting charges sometimes 50-20 sometimes 740. I'm fedup with this bank... I'm trying customer care no. From last 1 hour.. But it is just asking me which language you want an then nothing is happening.

                                From the last 25 days the atm of our area at mandawali i. P extn. Patparganj is not in service. I check the atm again and again after some days but there is no response from the atm. It doesn't dispense the cash. We are hailing so much of problem of cash or money because in our area there is only one atm of indian overseas bank. So please repair the atm machine fastly or as soon as possible.

                                  Khagaul branch (3701) refuse to pay instead of having balance in the account.

                                  Also when i talk to branch manager, he misbehave and ask to sit in the branch till 5.00 pm
                                  Sir, this is very serious matter. Branch is not fulfilling their obligation.

                                  If i will not get resolution for the said complain then i will complain directly to prime minister office.

                                  Branch has not provided any solution to my complain. Khagaul iob branch intentionally and deliberately close the complain without having call to me which is wrong and unethical. Branch's manager bad behavior is continoue. I not satisfied.

                                  Iob khagaul branch intentionally and deliberately resolved my complain. They have not provided any resolution to complain. I have not receive any call from iob khagaul side.
                                  Closing complain without calling customer is self explanatory that how branch function.

                                    Dear sir,

                                    Kindly note that mr. Chetan khatri wanted to transfer 14000/- through imps from his yes bank account no.[protected] to my iob account [protected] (Ifsc - ioba0002251).

                                    But due to his typing mistake the account no. Changed to [protected]. The reference no for that transaction is[protected]. About this mistake mr. Chetan has already informed his bank through phone call on 2/07/17 and several mails.

                                    It it wrongly sent to that account. Therefore i request you to kindly divert that particular amount back to his (Mr. Chetan) account. Please advice if we have to do any needful to expedite this process.

                                      I had withdrawn rs.4000/- using idbi debit card from iob atm at thane east on 8 may 2017 around 15:09 pm,. Received only rs.1000/- 2 notes of 500 each. However, 4000 got debited from my account. I immediately raised a complaint with idbi. It seems idbi had approached iob but the request for reversal of 3000 was rejected by iob. I thought the banking system is robust and such errors in basic transaction are almost impossible. I had faced the similar issues in past, however, the amount was reversed in couple of weeks. Struggling for more than couple of months for reversal of 3000 wherein i have wasted so many hours following-up with idbi and iob. Request reversal of rs.3000/- at the earliest

                                        Dear customer service
                                        I did my recharge in bsnl network for my mobile number [protected] through iob debit card in online twice on 29.7 2017. But my recharge was failed and unsuccessfull due to some issues and also my recharge amount rs.333 and rs.341 was debited from iob account. Kindly credit (Refund) my above mentioned amount to my account. I didnt noticed my transaction number.
