I Prakash had IOB ATM card. But i forget my pin number. So i am unable to use my ATM card. So i request you to send my pin number to my registered mobil no [protected] as i submitted in my bank. My Acc no is [protected] i had call on iob customer care but he says me that it will take sum off 15 to 20 days to come ur pin what to do now......

Sir, i have sent request for transfer of savings account no. [protected] of my daughter aditi khare from hyderabad to chhatarpur (Mp). I sent scanned copies of required documents to email [protected]@iobnet.co.in on 25/5/2017 as desired. Till now i have not received any confirmation that above account is transferred or not. My new dr cd # [protected] has been received & actvated on 5/6/2017 by iob, kamre, ranchi branch a/c # [protected]. But till now not received pin # at my residential address - "lah - kothi", old. H. B. Road, kanta toli, ranchi-834001, jharkhand. Kindly send me the despatch details, docket#, courier#, date etc so that i can use it, as activation of card is from 05/2017.

Why the bank dont have any security alert before detection.

Today 6am rs.320 debited from my account. I contacted home branch, they also don't know anything about it but this was not debited by iob that clearly know. For me may 3, 6:20 am

June 3, 6:30 am.

The two times continuously 2 months debited.

Please reply n help...

I took money from ATM. First a 100 and then 300 from my Citibank card. In that 300(one hundred rupee was tared down).I visited indian overseas bank next to IOB atm.. They are giving poor response and they said ATM was not working. This is my contact number [protected].

I have an account in IOB Chakala andheri east branch, mumbai. Saving Account number 25513.
In April my father went to withdraw money from the IOB vile Parle ATM centre an amount of 10, 000. The machine did not hand over the money but the amount was debited from my account. We waited for 24hrs and then called the customer care, they asked me to wait for 48 hours and then complain. Which I did and they registered...

I am 15 years old account holder of iob faizabad uttar pradesh, with a/c xxxxxxxxxxxxxx1516, i was visited the branch and requested for issuing car loan but they were denied the application. They had not said to me the reason. They told me i am unable for car loan amount. I have transacted for 15 years. And no further loan amount into the branch. I have also r. After the demonetization government of india is making advertisement and awareness for usage of debit card, where as the bank has been charged 2.87 % for making transaction in petrol bunks. While discussed with this in iob they have told petrol bunk is only collecting charges, but while discussed with petrol bunk people they said bank has been charged us. At last consumer we are fooled.

I would like to notify the concerned authorities about the behaviour of your reputed Prashant vihar branch staff is not well acceptable. Cashier and others well good but the one who passes the cheque and do all main jobs i.e. Pan card registeration, sign checking, passing the cheque etc. She is a girl and she's so rude. It happened not with me but with everyone else . No one is happy to talk to her. I think the staff must be more helping...
