We are writing to bring to your notice the following facts:

1) tollygunge women in need is a not-for-profit orgnisation and have bank accounts with iob dhakuria since 1999,.

2) one of the bank accounts was designated for receiving foreign contribution, since 2006. Copies of our fcra registration, mentioning the designated bank account, is with the branch.

3) we are not a large neo, but always had rs. 30 lakhs in our bank accounts.

4) we had faced strong as well as weak managers - but they were all customer friendly.

5) we find the present encumbent as non-cooperative and lacking knowledge in banking, for example

In january 2017 the bank had received a foreign contribution for credit to our account. Surprisingly the bank sought our permission for crediting the same in our account. The manager did not know that it should be credited automatically to our account.
Again, fds made out of foreign contribution could not be encashed through the designated account on maturity due to lack of knowledge of the local management.

6) our decision to withdraw our accounts with iob is primarily due to the non-cooperation and ignorance of the present encumbent of the branch.

Today, on 19.6.2017, we vide our letter of even date requested the branch manager to close the said fcra designated account and issue a closure certificate for forwarding the same to the ministry of foreign affairs. We had attached a certified copy of the resolution of the governing body - duly attested by officer bearer. Bank has declined to accept the same on the plea that the certified copy of the resolution should be signed by all three signatories operating the account.

We find it objectionable and a clear violation of banking law. As in our opinion, extract of any resolution is to be certified by any one of the officer bearers as per prevailing law.

Your intervention and early action is solicited as we have to inform the ministry of home affairs about the closure soon.

    I have a sb a/c with iob chokkikulam (018) madurai br. I have a total of more than 4000rewardz points in my iob rewardz a/c, as on date and when i tried to convert 1000 points out of the above to recharge my mobile phone for an equivalent amount of rs. 250 there was a pop up saying that i did not have enough points in my rewardz a/c and i should contact iob customer care! My complaint to

    Air .I have used canara bank atm on 29/05/2017 .During transaction the atm switched off due to power cut.But i received the message that i had debited the amount ₹3300. But i not received the money.So i request you to kindly refund the money

    And it's been 1 year
    I won't received the refund transfer to my account
    And refund has been alloted from there.

      Respected sir/madam
      I have made the payment of application fees for jipmer entrance exam using my debit card (Rupay) on 10/04/2017 for my daughter rupees 1211 transition no:[protected]nfs7636 and her friend rupees 1211 transition no:[protected]nfs2580. These transition failed but the amount was debited from my account. We have already gave the complaint to the bank manager (Agaramthen branch) but no action was taken according to this. So kindly refund the money as soon as possible.

      Worst banking system counters no responsibility about customers end. Please close the bank is better than paying salaries

But sir those lazy staffs are not solving my problem for which i am facing a lot of problems.           My account number is [protected] at trichy branch on 29th may 2017 i tried atm debit card to withdrawal of cash rupees 10000. But cash does not received in my hand due to unable process of atm. I tried two times so it will take 20000 rupees debited on my account.             Fund transfer but still not added in beneficiary account

            I have an sb ac in iob at kelambakkam branch. When i transfer amount to other bank by using net banking otp was get late. After submitting otp i got a message your session was timed out. Pl contact your branch. Amount was debuted from my ac but not credited in beneficiary ac. I made a complaint in my branch on 10th may. But still amount was not refund. I request you pl take the nessary action.

            I was an account holder in your account but today due to rude, lehargic and unprofessional behaviour i have to close it. I went to get a cheque book but not even a single staff member was there to help us, even the branch manager was absent, it is almost impossibe to get even the slightest of the work done. I even called 3 times at your customer care but they gave me incorrect number. You can check cctv footage, i was there between 11:pm to 1:pm on 15 june 2017 none of the staff is interested to work, they misbehave. Not even me, almost 10 persons went back dishartened because the staff was not interested.

              I withdrawn a sum of reupees four thousand (Rs. 4000) from hdfc bank atm, at that time due to fund error message in the atm, amount is not dispensed by the atm but debited message came into my account to mobile number and balance also deducted dated on 02/01/2017 i feel very upset about this matter because the days are gone out but i thing there is no steps are taken or remedy is given to wrongly debited amount in my account, as per the banks requirement i was waited for 5month and 12 days also completed but till now that amount is not credited to my account, which is wrongly debited on 02.01.2017, 15:50 hours at hdfc bank atm

                Please change the mobile number of your bank custmer. All transaction information of your custmer i have received please delete the mobile number of mine from your custmer account. I attached the screen shot of massages that i have received. Contact your custmer physically and ask him to register his mobile number in his account. Take this issue seriously else your bank facing the problems cause of this issue.

                          After registering online consumer complain I have received numerous fishing calls from people telling they r senior officers from IOBank named as Rahul Singh & Om Prakash Yadav, details r as under:-

                                Why the bank dont have any security alert before detection.

                                Today 6am rs.320 debited from my account. I contacted home branch, they also don't know anything about it but this was not debited by iob that clearly know. For me may 3, 6:20 am

                                June 3, 6:30 am.

                                The two times continuously 2 months debited.

                                  I used my atm debit card for payment of barasakthi store in guduvanchery, chennai.in that store the bill was rs. 886.00 /-. Transaction not done, then i paid for mony in my hand rs. 886/-.
                                  After using card i checked out my account statement.in that statement i saw that in my account 886/- amount was twice debited. I. E. (886/- + 886/-),
                                  I gave a complaint to branch manager, kalayar kovil branch. I am waiting for last one month, there is no action till date.
                                  So pleae take action and reverse back the amount to my account.

                                      I took money from ATM. First a 100 and then 300 from my Citibank card. In that 300(one hundred rupee was tared down).I visited indian overseas bank next to IOB atm.. They are giving poor response and they said ATM was not working. This is my contact number [protected].

                                      Such a poor response from bank staff..I want to action against bank staff and manager
