My account is in IOB as savings account in govindpura branch, bhopal. My maid was getting a savings account open and coincidently i reached there to get my pan card linked with my account.
The way that employee was talking to the maid was so rude and not at all helpful. Employee was using words like overwrite, original copy and acknowledgement form. My maid was not understanding and was panicking. To which i told the employee to explain her in a way she can understand. I even told the employee that she lacks financial awareness. To which the employee told me you do your work and not interfere. WHY SHOULD I NOT RAISE MY VOICE against such behavior. They even asked my maid the salary she earns while working. To which the other employee said raise the salary of your maid and that is how you can help! THAT'S MY PERSONAL MATTER. what we pay to her. They say there are a lot of employees who come to them. SO? It's there job to make the customers aware about products and services rather behaving rudely.

        I have a refund amount of RS. 399 from amazon which was successfully initiated on 24th February, 2022 from amazon. The reference number is RRN 852488.The account number is [protected].But after checking my balance I saw that the amount was not credited yet even after such a long time. According to RBI guidelines it takes only 3 to 5 business days to credit an amount.Due to my health condition I am unable to visit the branch of the bank. I am looking forward for your assistance in this matter and I hope you will help me to get my refund credited

          Hello. I have purchased masks from Amazon which I have canceled for some valid reason.             I visited the Fort branch of Indian Overseas Bank today to clarify a transaction in the passbook for an account held by my father. The person who I spoke to is Mr Tiwari told me to first check with my father who is 80+ since I informed Mr. Tiwari that my father is an ex-banker. Then Mr. Tiwari poked fun and laughed how come after so many years of service my father does not know such stuff himself. When I took exception to this behaviour (laughing/scoofing), Mr. Tiwari first said what should he do then if not Laugh? Cry? When I countered him that I am a customer and need to be treated with respect I was told since the AC holder is my father I will not get any help.

            I reached out to the Asst. Gen Ranjan Verma who helped me with my query. I also have informed Mr. Verma about the disrespectful behaviour by Mr. Tiwari.

              Incomplete transaction, refund needed

              On 22 Feb, 2021, I have bought a policy worth 828/- rupees from policy bazaar. During the payment the merchant cancelled it. And the money got deducted.                 Sir i am a account holder in ur bank recently i made a transaction in SBI ATM of 500 rs but it got error. After that the amount has been deducted but i had not recieved.
                The date was 15feb 2022 and now it is 21 feb no solution was made i had raised a complain also and they give me a complain id or no. Which is not useful in finding out complaint status.

                  On friday night 18th feb 2022
                  i tried to remove 1500 from atm.
                  amount not received but
                  i received msg amount got debited
                  again on sunday 20 th feb 2022
                  from other atm i tried to remove 1000 amount not received and i received msg that amount got debited
                  so again i tried for other 1000 rs again i got msg account debited but i dint receives any amount from atm.

                      1. The door to the ATM doesn't closes. Poeple comes in and stands right behind me when a transaction is being done. I've complaint to the staffs about the issue and they are completely ignoring it.
                      2. In a period of a month, there will atleast be a week that the ATM is not working.
