I don't know how they are changing MI because i have almost 3000 balance but today morning continously message is coming 8 times deduction details totally RS.807 deducted, what the hell IOB Doing i thought this is the worest bank i never seen earlier. Yesterday also RS.17 deducted.

Nature of problem: Not able to reset internet banking password

Attempt 1: Tried to reset it through web with required information.
Result : No password reset e mail received as expected

Attempt 2: Tried to reset it through web again
Result: Not allowing to initiate the process since e mail is claimed to be sent

Attempt 3: Sent e mail to [protected]@iobnet.co.in on March 2, 2023
Result : No response received so far

Attempt 4: Tried to call call center
Result: Asked to wait for unknown amount of time/send e mail again to above address without any solution.

I've applied for MOOVALUR RAMAMIRTHAM scholarship and government has been providing me with Rs.1000 every month. In my account there is a huge amount of Rs.7002. But today midnight around 3'O clock, I received many messages from iob. They stole more than Rs.2500 from my account. I need that amount immediately.

RS.723 Debited in my account, visible in mi charges, kindly refund the payment

I have sufficient minimum balance in my account but they deducted twice 293 rs I don't know the reason why kindly resolve my problem

I have savings account in your bank
The account condition are.
Balance to kept in saving a/c are perfectly maintained
And the facility is with the this account is atm facility.

Now i want to ask why the bank is and your system is deduct Rs.118/- for minimum balance charges for 8 times and Rs.177/- for MI charges for 5 times finally one Rs.44/- and Rs.53/- charged in one day (26 Feb 2023).

For your reference i am attaching the images also please check. And in one word please refund my money otherwise ill take legal action against you and your bank for this miss guide and cheating.

Explain me... Urgen.

Almost 254 rupees and amount deducted in my sb account...

In your bank, you have our mobile numbers and other contact details...

You could have mail me the thing which is going to happen in your bank that we dont maintain minimum amount in your bank...

Please refund my deducted amount.

I dont know that intentionally you are doing or not...

Without giving any notice to your customer how did you deduct money from customers account...

I hope i will get positive response from bank...

I don't have any bank account with indian overseas bank but still i am getting sms from bp-iobchn for apparently someone else's account activity.

Iob should check whether such a message was sent wrongly to my mobile no. [protected] and stop sending any messages to phone nos of persons who do not have an account with iob

My SB number is [protected]. I applied for ATM card for the first time on 15th November. My account is debited with Rs. 295 on 17th November (very quickly) but till today (9th December) I have not received any intimation about the card or the card. I expect the quick action shown by you in debiting the account in delivery of the card also.

I am sending this request for a fraudulent transactions done and 45000 rs withdrawn from my IOB account

From my IOB account([protected]), yesterday at 6:54 PM there was 9999/- amount which was deducted first.
And after that 4999/- is deducted at 9:04PM
And 10000/- is deducted at 8:47 AM
And 9999/- is deducted at 9:30 AM
We have lost close 45000/- rupess due to this fraud transactions done

Kindly consider this request and look into this immediately on priority and help us resolving this issue and getting our money back

I have got ed loan from IOB paganeri branch and im having account in Pattukkottai branch also which had jewel loan.The managers are playing with time i should say. because of the overdue in my ed loan all my IOB accounts got freezed and i paid the overdue till last month but didnt proceeded with unfreezing.When i reached them for closing jewel loan they didnt closed it because of freeze status.I even paid that overdue amount in advance but still for the confirmation alone i waited and i spent and wasted 2 days of time which affected my work as Testing engineer.Im also answerable to an organisation if i make a delay.The managers are literally playing with the time without any proper response.They are making us wait for even so long.After so many pings and update request they are asking us to reach after lunch or evening or next day.This is very pathetic since they are treating an educated people like this means what is the condition for even uneducated people.Banks are meant for customers and i really understand the crowd and their work.but nobody can take someone's time with lame reasons.This incident happened today(03/11/2022).The manager in pattukkottai is P SURESH KUMAR.The manager in Paganeri is KUNAL.Please take the necesary actions as i could take up this two days waste of time.
