7/4/17 ko rk puram sec 12 ke indain overseas bank ke ATM se me 2000 rupe nikalne gya, ATM me 2000 amount daalne ke baad paisa nikalne LGA mere phone pe message aagya but mujhe cash nhi mila .. Mera ATM Punjab national bank ka hai ..isse phle kotak bank ke ATM se nhi paisa ni kalne LGA but Pisa transaction fail hogya or phone pe message aagya ki 2000 rupe nikal gye but mujhe cash nhi mila but thori deer bad mere pass message aaya ki mere accont me 2000 waapis aagya hai lekin kis ka aaya kotak ka Indian overseas bank ka ye pta nhi. ..please help me my no hai [protected], [protected]

I am a Account holder of iob bank singanallur branch Coimbatore, my account balance above 1000rs but every month they debit 51rs for there time, I called Customer care they not response properly, what can I do..i am in out the city

    Sir,

    I took voluntary retirement in 2013 from flora fo and i was enrolled in the iba/iob retired employees insurance scheme (Md15-[protected] united india insurance company) after a gap of almost three years i got a phone call from iob jaipur asking me to permit me to debit my pension account with iob abu road (2330) for rs.21000 towards renewal right away as they were unable to proceed with the day end.in aug 2016.

    That was the last i heard from my bank nor i have received any intimation from the bank or the insurance company of having renewed it.

    Even the abu road branch is in no position to help me in this matter

    I am 62 now and at this age it is virtually hardship to run from pillar to post to get my work done

        I have been trying for the past 1 month to login to the internet banking site in iob since i have forgotten the password and the same has been raised but the respective mail hasn't come yet.
        I tried contacting all the customer care numbers they have provided but still no use. Noone is picking up. Its always busy.
        I want them to shut down internet banking. This is the very basic grievance and if they cant resolve such an issue, its purely waste of time.

        Sir i do not register my mobile number in iob bank, I don't have ATM so I want open online banking so i want register my mobile number in iob in online's​ please help me
        I have an account in IOB-Nambiyur branch. While i use my ATM-Debit card in a POS, the amount was debited but the retailer didn't received the credit.
        I have complained it to the branch, and they have given me a compalint number.
        But still i haven't received the amount.

          IOB website not working for net banking

          It is quite disturbing to note that we are not able to access our account through net for the past 4 days since IOB's server has gone down.

          I spoke to one of their staff over phone who said due to year-end work pile up the server is slow.

          It is the same for all banks, then why IOB net work alone goes down?

          It shows their lack of technology to cope with the need and they need to address it immediately...

          My self Sajin I opened nre account last 6 months before in kaliyakkavilai beach ( 2360) after 4 month I got ATM card but still I didn't get password I contact many time but bank manager and staff all are not giving proper answer.                 Dear sir/mam.,

                With due respect, i would like to say that i'm frequently getting messages about debiting amount for maintenance of low balance even when i have above 500 rs in my account. Please let me know if i'm complaining wrongly. But if not so.. Please look into my account. It's a student account too, so i didn't think debiting every month even when i have amount is appreciating for me.
                I hoped the minimum balance to be maintained in a savings account is 100 to 500 to 1000, as i checked in the internet. I want to know exactly the amount i need to maintain so that this debiting will stop.

                  I had booked a tkt thro my debit card on 23rd march 17 from hosur to salem but tkt not generated and the the amt of rs.586/90 was debited to my sb a/c [protected] with iob leigh bazaar salem (0655) vide txn id[protected]v i had txn thrice and the two txnns of rs.586/90 (Txn id[protected]v) recredited to my a/c. Remaining one txn of rs.586/90 (Txn id[protected]v) not refunded so far.

                        on 11.03.2017 and on 14.03.2017 i am tried to book irctc train tickets using my indian overseas bank debit card (payment gateway: Axis Bank). on both instances amount of rs.320.00 & rs.495.00 respectively debited from my account.but both transaction failed and tickets not booked.
                        after a week irctc said that they have refunded both amounts. but till today(28.03.2017) amounts are not credited to my account.

                          Dear Sir/Madam,
                          Have been having an account with IOB and been using their net banking facility for years. Recently i had seem to have forgotten my password and when i went for the forgot password option, I'm receiving bad credential inserted reply even when I'm providing my correct email and user id details. When I approached the bank they told me that I have to wait for three days as their employees are very busy handling other stuffs and issue while I have my bills at due in another 2 days in which i would have to pay fine for over due payment. Banks or other personal should consider every customers as privilege
                          as we are the consumers and they should take our complaints in to consideration rather than being negligent in their duties.

                            I paid Rs.158.50 to Med Plus shopkeeper for the medicines I bought there in the shop through my debit card on 17/03/17. First time when the shopkeeper after swiping for the amount got a failed transaction slip. So the shopkeeper once again swiped the debit card and got the transaction successful but I got the message showing the amount got debited twice. I informed this to shopkeeper and he gave me the first failed transaction slip and ask to report it to my bank.

                                  I transacted using my IOB debit card online on a merchant named PhonePe with transaction id:[protected]VID028889O100217 for an amount of 1000 rupees, but somehow the transaction was failed and money was refunded by the merchant, but it was not received in my bank account. The merchant also shared the reference number for the refund. The Reference number generated from PhonePe payment gateway is ARN(Acquirer Reference number) as: 74766517045706419131694.

                                      I Sridhar Jagannath Kar, i have account in IOB bhismagiri, my account no is [protected]. I have ordered in Amazon & I have paid 1749/- via my debit card but I have cancelled that order, then they have returned my money via my debit cards, the refund I'd is #74332747076707522810596.They were sent my money on 16 March 2017, they told with in 2 to 4 business day it will credit.but till now I don't got it.

                                      Also I have contact your refund complain no [protected], I have try 20 times but phone has rang no response for your side also I have try [protected].

                                      So I request to kindly help me regarding this major issues & quickly refund my money.

                                      I had IOB ATM card. But i forget my pin number. So i am unable to use my internet banking also.
