I tried to pay my insurance premium through my iob visa atm cum debit card last week, but I cannot use my debit card, as it displays invalid expiry date/pin number and now my card is blocked. I started using only now after three or four years of the date of issue of the card. even in atms I cannot get money, as it displays request is failed. so kindly activate my card.

I have transferred the amount of Rs.4000/- on 25th December 2016, from pay-Tm wallet which I have not received yet. It has been 67 days. Application for cheque book given on 10 January 2017 and no action has been take till today. I am maintaining my account in agra main branch.
