I have made payment of Rs.2093 vide debit card of Indian Overseas bank to hiper mall, at chennai at 19.03.2017at 8.33 p.m.But the amount was not received by the beneficiary account.Rs 2093 has been shown as debited. Kindly let me advise me on this.Can you please let me know the duration of how long the process might take to complete reverting back the money, Please refer the attached screen shot.

    I have taken the loan amount of 2, 00, 000 against the policy of lic named vidhyajyoti educational loan. And my father passed away in between and according to the policy lic has to pay the whole amount but it has given only half but the bank is not taking any action for the rest amount. I need the no objection certificate and the bank is not cooperating me. Please do something for me.         Bank officials wont react on your request in mail. They would ask the request letter for issuing of PIN. Also you have to visit your home branch in person and file a complaint / letter for this.

          I went to IOB, Porur Branch today for taking DD for Rs. 800/- by cash payment. When I submitted the request voucher, it was denied giving the reason that cash would not be accepted, would be only debited from SB account .
          I was asked to meet the Branch Manager. He also refused saying that DD would not be issued against cash payment, however small the DD amount can be.
          I asked whether it is the practice of IOC branch at Porur or in all branches of IOB. He replied that this was RBI rule . He told me to get the DD issued through any of my friends having Account in IOB.
          I was disappointed and at a loss to understand is there such unwritten rule for issuing DD for a small sum of Rs. 800/-
          Can this be looked into and Branch Manager and Bank staff be directed to not deny such request for issuing DD against cash payment by non account holders of the bank?

            On 11th feb 2017, i used my iob visa debit card for the transaction of rs.7490/- in the flipkart mobile app. On 14 feb 2017 i cancelled this item and on the same day (14 feb 17 01:23:54 pm) flipkart initiated the refund of rs.7490/- to the original source account. (I. E., to my iob visa debit card). But, the amount has not yet been credited back to my bank account.

                I tried to pay my insurance premium through my iob visa atm cum debit card last week, but I cannot use my debit card, as it displays invalid expiry date/pin number and now my card is blocked. I started using only now after three or four years of the date of issue of the card. even in atms I cannot get money, as it displays request is failed. so kindly activate my card.

                            I am exstaff of IOB RETIRED when went to bank for pass book entry to my
                            surprise Rs, 28, 714/- as deducted from my account as TDS on all my deposits interest without prior intimation. Most of the TDS dedected for the liquid deposits interests paid. 1% interest extra e are getting for the liquid deposit
                            and 10% TDS deducted for the interests. Kindly remove my account from the
                            flexy or liquid deposit and make this as a normal SB staff account

                                Im Karthika S, I have a savings account with acc no: [protected] in Kottayam branch near Thirunukara temple.

                                On 21 Jan 2017, my brother tried to take money from my account from an ATM of rs 4000, It was deducted from the account.In belief that money will be refunded soon, he tried to take the money again, but the same happened. Amount of total rs 8000 was deducted not refunded.Immediately the complaint was given to the Kottayam branch directly. Later amount of 4000rs was refunded. But till date the rest amount 4000rs was not yet refunded. Its been more than 1 month. Its very disappointing that in an emergency these happening and even not refunding. Hope it will be resolved soon.

                                  The manager in IOB- Ambagarathur(IOBA00540) was not obeying the IOB rules. Am the IOB customer since 2009. If a customer calls their branch for clarification or doubt the required concern should reply back. He the manager of this branch who attend my call and was speaking about his personal life to someone out there. Then what the hell am doing in phone. Am i call him to listen his story?

                                      I had tried to book train ticket cost of 460 for 2 times but ticket had not been booked for first time and it shows that the status is failed and i tried to do it again it got booked but my money has been detected twice including for first time . Still now I have not received the exact route cause of this problem and the present status of this problem from my branch (thiruvanmiyur), chennai. Which i was asking for, this is the worst response for the customer complaints.
                                        IOB management I hope you will understand the importance of my money. Work for this problem to solve it.

                                        This is a complaint which is not resolved yet just now i complaint it within a seconds they made it to be resolved there is no reply mail and there is phone calls. This is one of the worst bank I have ever seen. IOB management please try to work on my complaints.
                                        Indian Overseas Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
