Br could noot do so and tried to complain but of no avail and my request is pending with them for more than an year or so. So i could not receive any sms for that a/c. Kindly verify at yr end do the needful in my case.

    Fund transfer option not functioning. .complaints toll free number always busy tone or not in use and have to go to home branch to access own funds..Digital banking is encouraged all over India..no cash available in atms ...such netbanking not accessible for over a month is appalling .Very poor service and staff are equipped to handle customer query

      My name is RAMESH CHANDRA KHARSANI and my account is in iob since the branch was opened in RAJKOT bhaktinagar circle and also my age is 82 yrs. Then also they talked to me very rudely and also speek unwanted words to me and especially Mr Jigar Patel and Mr branch manager. I complained to manager then he promised me that one o[censored]s will come at your home talked your sign. But 3 days are passed and no one comes yet so they are waiting us tis much time for a single sign and also not giving any transaction till the sign is not done. So please take some action against them.

From that u will receive positive feedback on this. Also don't forgot to mention the account details and issue in briefly without fail. Because without proper information they wont react on it.         Account balance in negative without any notification

Surprisingly my Account balance was in Negative even though i am had some amount of balance in my Saving Bank account.After check with Bank officials that they where done some wrong transaction like depositing sum of Rs.1000 in my account instead of other and tried to revert the same.         Dear sir,

        My current number[protected] is in your amhera adipur branch, dist meerut. On 1st march 2017 i was withdrawing 3000 rs from state bank of india, badh khalsa atm (Sonipat) using my debit card. Unfortunately message on atm machine a message was displayed stating "sorry, cannot service your request at this time" but the amount has been debited to my a/c. Please arrange to refund the amount immediately.

          Some fraud has used my debit card and made transaction of RS 11060 from my iob accout on[protected]. as soon as i recieved alter messages i informed my bank and blocked my debit card. on 1st march i visited bank to know the status of my complaint. they said that they are about to process the complaint. PLEASE TAKE SOME EFFORT TO RETRIEVE MY MONEY, SINCE I AM SAVING THAT FORM MY SISTER'S KIDNEY TRANSPLANT.

            Application for cheque book given on 10 January 2017 and no action has been take till today. I am maintaining my account in agra main branch. The website of bank is also not working as I am trying to register complaint from last 20 days but not able to register. Services wise this bank is most pathetic as such long time taken to just issue the cheque book

                i paid the last bill payment on 03.02.2017 through my atm card at mts web payments site about Rs.919/-

                the same was deducted from my account

                but later informed through msg that the transaction was failed and the deducted amount will be refunded in 7 working days

                but till the day the deducted amount is not refunded.

                but anyway i paid the bill through executive. i am victim till the day that the deducted bill amount is not refunded from your web site.

                therefore kindly take steps to immediately refund the deducted amount of Rs.919/-

                  Yesterday I got call from fraudsters asking otp frm my phone I dont know that it's fake call and I gave it otp and he debited 50000 rs frm my account on[protected] my account no is [protected] job kasturinagar branch gandhinagar gujarat two transaction of 20000 rs and two transaction of 5000 rs please help to stop this transaction ad it is fraud

                  No bank including officers/employees are asking its customers otp, pass words& other card, a/c details & the same infmn is being notified by banks from time to time through sms, email alerts, but we are fall prey by knowing/unknowingly/by mistake loosing our precious money. Always refuse to furnish such details to any body.
                  I want to change my phone number because my phone is lost and I am very so I changed my mobile no please.

                    My account number is [protected] and I tried to make a online bill payment through my iob visa debit card but the transaction got cancalled and I have not yet received the refund amount to my account.

                    Transaction date: 15-Feb-2017 and amount is Rs. 524.

                    I also contacted merchant regarding this, they have asked to provide you with the (PG ID number HHMP[protected] PG bdk) This will help the bank to trace this transaction. The order number is FCEA[protected].

                    Tried reaching your number for last 1 week but no luck.

                        I have tried to withdraw rs.6000/- cash and 5000 /- twice total 11000 /- from my canara bank debit card at iob bank atm at villivakkam kambar colony location on[protected] at 20:30:48. Without providing any money, the amount was deducted from my bank account SMS RECEIVED MY MOBILE and debited in my account 11000 Rs.

                        Kindly to do the needful action and credit to my money 11000 to my account

                          I Complaint that my savings account number [protected], Jelis mahimai lourdu J, basavanagudi branch, Bangalore.In my account a amount of 5483/- as been debited to the Bajaj finance on 03/12/2015.That amount as not been credited to the Bajaj finance account.I have also attached the statement of Bajaj finance. so I need the transaction statement from the bank. I have already asked to my branch office but they told to ask in the Head office.but in head office they are not responding.I am asking from one year I am tried of it.so I request you to provide me the statement as soon as possible.if it fails I will file a case against the head office.please provide the statement within one week.

                            Money deducted from my account for cashless atm transaction

                            I have tried to withdraw rs.2000/- cash from my iob debit card at andhra bank atm at simhachalam location on[protected] at 17:59:48. Without providing any money, the amount was deducted from my bank account [ref. No. W0508002-n provided in the sms]. When i raised this concern with the nearby andhra bank branch, they suggested to raise a complaint with iob bank and through iob we should report it to andhra bank.

                              Last Jan23rd 2017 I m booked ticket in red bus.com unfortunately the bus was canceled so they refund the money from Red bus side. I m called to iob customercare no [protected].they registered my complient, my complient no is Rs060203 still no update from customers care today I m called (23/2/17) twice they give Chennai customer care no, one number is always busy[protected]another no[protected]they are not pick my call sometime it told unregistered no. Kindly help to get back my money it's1400 rs it's almost 1 month.

                                The internet banking service for IOB is the worst possible amongst any bank. The server is down for almost everytime, or there is a transaction processing error, or the page fails, or some or the other error has to happen whenever i try to transact online.Double debits, non reversal of transactions is a common happening with them.

                                I am super annoyed by their lack of customer support and lack of a decent site that customers have to deal with.

                                  Hi, I am Ajay and my account number is [protected]. I am from kanyakumari dist, Kulasekharam. Now I am working in Erode for the past two years. One day on 21st Jan 2017, while I am in home I got a message that amount has been deducted by 3800 RS. I was shocked and I went to the near by branch later to get the information. They told that it has been took from my card. Also I asked the details but they informed that it is not Available and I asked I want to raise a complaint, for that also they replied that I want to go to my native to register a complaint. I went to my native and asked about the details. They also informed that they can't able to do anything. Then what about the money which I lost. I have the message of the money deducted and also I want a clear resolution for whom have taken the Money. Need a resolution faster Thank you.
