    On 3rd jan 2017 at 11:43 am i used idbi bank atm (Id031501-n) in barabanki district uttar pradesh. But atm transaction declined and amount not received. Unfortunately no slip dispensed by atm machine.

      Sir/Madam I have done a transaction of payment of school fees of kendriya vidyalaya in the union bank site using my iob debit card. The transaction failed but money has been debited from my account. It was written that money will be refunded within 2 working days. It has been 2 days but there is no refund of money. Please look into the matter and try to refund the money to my account.

          I am Goutham & I live in Coimbatore. On 03/01/2017, used my IOB debit card in one of the HDFC ATM centers in Coimbatore. I made three transactions; first time I got 2000 RS, second time when I tried to get 2000 I got a slip showing "Transaction declined, unable to process". Thought the server was busy, so I tried the third time. Got the same slip showing "Transaction declined, unable to process". Totally, 4000 dedicted from my a/c & still not credited. Please take the necessary action.

            This is satheesh kumar. SB ACCOUNT NUMBER:[protected] . In dindigul main branch.
            Reference refund id:[protected]. (amazon refund id). they announce me at[protected]. but the refund is not credited in my account. i contact them they advised me to contact your banking customer care. then last day i use my debit card for booking bus but that transaction also get failed and money is get debited but not credited after. totally my 1321rs is not get refund. i sent the mail to customer care and try to contact but they are not responding and not respect the customers and their needs

            part of amount only credited. the amazon refund amount 739 rs is credited. but the bus booking charge (in case server error) the amount of 582 is not credited

              I have made payment of Rs. 2176 vide debit card of Indian Overseas bank to M/S TFC Chicken, Opp EB Office, Pudukkotai-622001 on 31.12.2016 at 8.47 p.m.But the amount was not received by the beneficiary account.Rs 2176 has been shown as debited. Kindly let me advise me on this.Can you please let me know the duration of how long the process might take to complete reverting back the money, Please refer the attached screen shot.

                            Money debited twice for a single transaction

                            I'm using atm card in bharath petrol bunk yesterday (Rs.300). First petrol bunk employee swipe the card and machine says transaction declined. So he try a another swipe that time only the sales receipt generated. But the amount is debited twice. I make a query regarding this issue but he said that amount is auto credit to your account or else contact your bank. I'm try to reach iob customer care but i can't reach, so that i'll raise a complaint...

                            No customer care at indian overseas bank. And given a number for formality and is always not yet connected.
                            My issue was amount debited, but beneficiary account not credited issue. I have tried to contact customer care of iob, which is always out of reach. Please support to recover from this transaction issue.

                            Imps results as transaction timed out. Amount debited but beneficiary not credited. Txn number: trtr/[protected]/imps/02/01/2016/ 10:16. Amount :250 inr
                            We humbly request you please reverse the amount in account, which is debited and not credited to bank. If problem continues will use this mail as a proof i contacted iob and no support given to me, and take this complaint to the next step as rbi and ombusdman. Please understand customers issue. Imps is for, immediate money payment payment system. But iob locks customers funds. When we try to transfer, money debited, and beneficiary is not credited, then where this money goes? What we can do in this regard?. Please allow customers without hurdles

                                      Dear sir/mam,

                                      Please find the attachments of relevant proofs. I anu radha. N today i withdrawn 4000 rs through banaswadi 9th main road bangalore branch atm but only dispensed amount only one note 2000/-immediately we (Me and my husband) informed the security guard about the miss match of dispensed amount. First my husband (Chandrasekhar. N) withdrawn 4000 rs through banaswadi same branch atm debit date[protected], time 17:54 pm
                                      He got 4000 rs, mine one more boi card i withdrawn 2000 rs through same branch atm
                                      I got 2000 rs one note debit date[protected], time 17:57 pm, me and my husband cross checked the 2000 rs note series in this one ogd 502135 series note not dispensed immediately we informed the security guard about the miss match of dispensed amount.
                                      We tried several times to the customer care nobody responded this is not fare.
                                      Like this condition means we will go to the consumer court and rbi.
                                      I am having all proofs we attached the relevant proofs.
