        When I try to create/register as a new user on iob netbanking portal, it is showing me the network time out message and saying don't refresh the browser or close the window error message. I have tried so many times but the problem persists. More over, I registered mail id through bank for netbanking also. Still, I could not register.

                Horrible experience with my IOB account ending with 1987. Today I swiped my IOB atm card in HP world Chennai to buy a laptop worth Rs 44999 for amount of Rs 20999, Amount of Rs 20999 was successfully deducted from my account but there was no receipt generated for the transaction. It was a horrible experience worst ever with IOB atm card. I called the IOB customer care, rather than helping me to resolve the issue, customer care representative asked me to go to the branch. This is another horrible experience, if you ask me travel another 10 km to know the status of transaction, then why do we have the customer care. It is worthless having such customer care. Transaction details are below:

                Please provide me an update on the transaction and do the needful

                        I suppose to receive refund of 1559 rupees from amazon. They refunded a provide me RRN -30005412371230161832665.

                        Indian overseas bank - Ambala cantt. is not responding why this amount is not credit to bank. it has bee almost 5 months.

                        Please help and resolve this matter.

                          Today 8.1.2022 i withdrawn 5000, 5000, 3500, in IOB bankcard, in different others ATMS, but unfortunetely 3500rupees got refunded, remaining 10000 was deducted, but not yet delivered .due to emergency i need to take my amount immediately its emergency, please check and get my money refunded at an earliest.
                          Herewith i have attached the screnshot of the messages i have got in my phone.kindly check it out and do the needful as soon as it is possible.

                              I paid a fee of rs 555.19 to on 29th December 2021 through internet banking which was debited from my account but the transaction failed.

                              Normally it takes 3 working days for any automatic reversal credit of a failed transaction but inspite of waiting for 4 days i didnt get a reversal thereafter i submitted an application to my home branch pithapuram(0554).
                              Refund money kindly solve this problem

                                I have been trying to reset my internet banking password by using forgot password link but after filling details the message is new password already sent to your registered email id. But I donot recieve any password whereas when I try to login through any old password the message o[censored]nauthorised login immediately comes in the mail which means my mail id is registered and working. then why the password is not coming? I called customer care they directed me to internet banking number which no body picks up.
