I have sent a cheque of IOB, Kalyan nagar branch, Hyderabad through my office attender, the manager, IOB, Saifabad, Hyderabad sent back my attender after stood about an hour in line to take a token by presenting the cheque stating that other IOB branch cheque would not be accepted. I have personally met immediately with the Manager who rudely refused to say the reasons of rejecting my cheque. I have asked him to give me the reasons in writing...

Sir on 18/12/2016 i was making payment at sol. Du.ac.in by using sbi portal but when transaction is processing the server timed ot as a result transaction failed and received a message of 3815 rs debited and is not refunded back and customer care are also not picking up my phone and pos/online transaction issues related query no is also giving no response to my call please help me sir.
