Yesterday, i have transferred 7500rs from my iob account to corporation bank account.Amount reduced from my account..but it could not be processed..7500rs did not reach to that corporation account.and not return to my account..but amount reduced..pls help to clear this probelem.Imps ref no[protected]/imps/[protected].my registered mobile no [protected].Name Narmadha....

On 03.12.2016, I have transferred Rs.2000/- to my Union Bank of India SB A/c No.[protected] from my IOB SB A/c No.[protected] of Rajaji Bhavan Branch, Chennai - 90.
But till date, the amount of Rs.2000/- not credited to my UBI SB A/c.
The amount is promptly debited from my IOB SB A/c.
It is requested to credit back the amount of Rs.2000/- to my IOB SB A/c as the transaction was failed.

I'm a account holder of Indian overseas bank (IOB), Kallidaikurichi branch. i have manged my education loan and every month i paid my due amount on or before 7th day. but last few months they taking amount on 1st day of month with my bank account without any notification even while i applied for loan they are followed lot of procedure and formalities but bank recovery loan without customer notification is illegal process....

Here thr s no proper queue maintained by IOB bank. Also most o[censored]s came to withdraw salary. But bank has organized only one counter to withdraw money . This is really not helpful for the customers. Most of them standing are old aged people & struggling a lot. Please look into this issue through the Branch manager & give us possible solutions.
