Debit card pin activation
Sir atm in long time entered wrong pin code so pin is blocked so pls activation the card and net bank account request so problem solving sir pls

    Here thr s no proper queue maintained by IOB bank. Also most o[censored]s came to withdraw salary. But bank has organized only one counter to withdraw money . This is really not helpful for the customers. Most of them standing are old aged people & struggling a lot. Please look into this issue through the Branch manager & give us possible solutions.

      Monthly they ate charging ₹51 as MI, so kindly do needful, because iam maintaining minimum balance but stil every month they ate charging even my friend facing this same problem. Im getting this jobs of mes

        My name is Samuel Samkutty and I am an NRI and working in Kuwait since more than 25 years. I am having the NRE account No. [protected] with IOB since more than 25 years. I have various deposits with your bank. However, recently I have received an enquiry from Income Tax Office, Thiruvalla requesting my NRE account details with the banks. I sent this request to your Adoor branch during October. Later I have repeated email and had telephone calls 3 tiles with your branch manager. I can provide all the evidences in this regard.

        I am sorry to say that, instead of issuing such certificate, she is simply giving excuses, noting that the same mail I sent to other banks and I received the certificate from them in 2 days. My submission is getting delayed because of the negligence of your bank.

        I am thinking to transfer all my deposits to other decent banks and close the account with IOB.

        Please look tot he matter and provide me immediate reply in this regard.

          As i am account with venkatnarayana road branch, they all are treated very poorly. The senior manager mr. Srinavasa rao, he didnt give response he doing her personal calls in working hours, we are going to speak with him but he didnt ask our problem simply said going to other department and ask. But the other person talking loudly. They talking about my personal. This manager only doing like this, old staffs are good. Please take action to solve our problem.

            I was applied manually for atm in last year 3 times in our same branch above mentioned, they were told me atm card will be sent to your registered address by post. but i don't getting yet now and if i asked about atm card in branch they are told me to apply often and they are not give perfect response.

              My debit visa card has been blocked due to wrong password 3 times so I want you to unblock it as I am not able to recharge and do online ticket so pls help it's urgent. I hope you will help. It's been more than 1week. I have also changed my paytm password due to which the card was blocked.                   I am ramachandran s/o jaganathan from tamilnadu.my father got a gold loan from iob.unfortunately my father died three months ago.so i contact my branch manager regarding to settle my fathers loan.he instructed me to get death claim certificate from lawyer.then i finished my part of claim and i submitted it to my manager one month ago.still i contacting the manager once a week .he said it is in process and the zonel team didnt process it like that..so i just want to know how much duration it will take to redeem my jewels.kindly give me a reply about that.

                    Myself satyabir singh tewatia having sb account [protected] in your bank at veterinery college mathura.
                    My problem is your cash acceptance officer did not accept a cash amount of rs 10000 from me today at 4pm sharp. I was only the person at that time left to clear. I requested him so many times but he told me time is over. I had an urgency to deposit money as i had to transfer money to a patient (My friend). Kindly mind on my case and take serious step towards your staff. Apart me few people were suffering problems regarding withdraw money from their account but no one was serious in the staff to listen their problem.

                        I had requested the bank to provide a provisional certificate for the financial year april 2016-march 2017 with the details of principal and interest that i need to pay for the above mentioned financial year.

                        The same bank has issued me a similar statements in the past. But the current manager was saying...

                        Today I went to bank exchange new currency as per the govt rules bank should open till 6 clk but they said no currency and closed the bank at 4 clk itself they doing same thing for past 5 days when govt announces 500 and 1000 rupees note is not valid still I m having trouble in change currency even I m accounts holder for last 6 years in same branch they are not respecting the customers properly please change the staff in the bank they are not responsible to service for customer. There will many lazy bank staff and please change the previous staff and they are wonderful.

                            I was willing to open an savings bank account in indian overseas bank, i went to the bank and requested an account opening form... A staff in the bank said that he will not give opening form and said what are u going to do with bank account...

                            They hurted by sound voice and i feel they said it because of my looks or some racial discrimination...

                            Government treating a citizen is very bad...

                            I make a complaint in the view that no one other than should get hurtrd by any discrimination

                            I have debited the amount through debit card for freecharge wallet. The amount was debited from the bank but not credited in freecharge wallet. So please credit the amount to bank of freecharge wallet.

                              I am complaining against Mr. Tejinder Deep Singh Manager, Indian Overseas Bank, Bansawala Bazzar, Jalandhar, Punjab. Today when I approached the Bank for exchange of currency. they have told me that no new currency is available in bank even they are giving withdrawals but not exchanging the notes. when i asked him to give it to me in written . he refused and tolkd me to take a pic of note given outside the bank, I told him that on the note there is no date is mentioned after that he pushed me out of the bank and say whatever you want to do go and do. Sir we respect the decision of MR. PM. but we not expect such insults in the banks. Kindly do the need full.

                                  I DHARMA THULASIDHARAN having account (account no.[protected]) in IOB BESANT NAGAR BRANCH issued a cheque to Ms. JOTHI LAKSHMI and presented in BANK OF MAHARASHTRA on 15/10/2016 for a sum of Rs.6000/-
                                  bearing cheue no. 382241 was dishonoured stating insufficient fund on 17/10/2016.
                                  But there was a cash balance of Rs.66294/- in my account on that date, further, charges of Rs.250/- was debited in our drawee bank. (bank of Maharashtra) account no. [protected]) for dishonour of cheque .
                                  Our drawee Ms. JOTHI LAKSHMI is eagerly waiting to sue us and also willing to issue notice against us in this regard.
                                  This has been intimated several times to the Assistant Manager of IOB Besant nagar and there was no response from that side.
                                  Kindly take actions immediately before facing any legal actions against us for dishonor of cheque.

                                    my name is Dr. G .kranthi kumar . Today (25/10/2016) I went to bhavanipuram branch Vijayawada region. for opening Savings account in the branch. my relatives having maximum acounts in the branch.
                                    I was submitted all the relavent document copies also. but not opening sb a/c.
                                    the main problem is one of the staff member chandana and operation manager at there was not ready to help me. they were irritated me and not respond properly. please take nessasary action.
