Notified on the same day of issuance of passbook to officer incharge at branch that typo error has been incurred by bank officials. However, no person took any action till date.

    I am S.BALAMURUGAN, using my IOB Debit card, I made an online transaction of Rs.1015, on 9th sep, 2016, transaction I'd is[protected]VID006623O090916x1459.the amount was paid and it was not redirected to merchant Website. I paid again.Immediately I contacted customer care service, they said that it will be refunded within three working days but it was not done so far. Kindly verify and take action for my refund. Thanking you.

      My client holds a savings account in Indian Overseas Bank, No.134-138, Main road, Kovilpatti – 628501, and her account number being [protected]. My client approached the Bank on 03.09.2016 bearing a cheque of State Bank of India, S.N. High road, Tirunelveli Junction cheque number being 204733 issued by the Government of Tamil Nadu for Honourable Principal District Court, Tirunelveli, with intend to deposit and encash the same through her savings account. On the very offset the bank officials have refused to entertain the cheque to be transacted through her savings account. After lot of persuasion on the side of my client the bank officials have accepted the cheque to be transacted through her savings account. To her surprise and astonishment she was informed of the fact that the cheque was dishonoured on 05.09.2016 with an endorsement that “Kindly contact drawer drawee bank and please present again”. The bank officials have also wantonly refused to entertain re-presentation of the said dishonoured cheque. When my client enquired about the reason for such dishonour the bank officials have absurdly uttered un-Parliamentary words against my client as well as The Honourable Principal District Court, Tirunelveli before the customers present within the four corners of the branch. The bank officials have gone to the extent of passing derogatory remarks that the reason for dishonour should be gone only with The Honourable Principal District Court, Tirunelveli and furthermore, they have thrashed the reputation of the Court to its core by saying that The Honourable Principal District Court, Tirunelveli might be bankrupt. The bank officials have further passed a highly condemnable remark to my client to challenge the said dishonour of cheque by way of filing complaint under Sections 138 & 142(b) of the Negotiable Instruments Act 1881 in a competent court against The Honourable Principal District Court, Tirunelveli. My client has been bounced from pillar to post for reasons best known to them. The act of negligently bouncing back the cheque clearly exposes the willful, wanton, default, negligent and deficiency in service on their part casting great mental agony and a huge monetary loss to my client which can’t be expressed in terms of money.

      Kindly initiate disciplinary action against the erring officials at the earliest and intimate me about the improvements nor my client will be placed in a position to challenge the bank officials for their scandalous acts before competent Civil and Criminal Courts of law and they will alone be held liable for all the consequences arising thereof and they will be mulcted with costs.

        This is Anjala Ranganathan residing in above address, My Son Mr.Saravanan who is the proprietor of SRI SARAVANA FAB Industries, With support of IOB we have taken the Loan for our small scale industry Rs.1500000 (Fifteen Lakhs) on 10.07.2010 from IOB Ranipet Branch .
        Unfortunately the company was not operated till the date of establishment because of BHEL orders were not received as we expected and many time we tried but very unfortunate the business was till now not started from the year of 2010 to till date ( 6 years ).
        Due to Nil inflow of business orders from BHEL Ranipet we have decided to payback after 3 years the principle amount and 3 years interest we have paid amount of Rs.16, 02, 640 (16.26 L) to IOB on 10.04.2013.
        I n continuation of the above we have faced one more unfortunate event of my son MR. Saravanan owner of the SRI SARAVANA FAB Industries expired in the Road accident on 27.03.2014 .
        Concern from IOB is right now they are pushing us to pay another Rs. 7.25 L interest amount need to be paid to bank, During this critical juncture we unable to pay back that above said additional interest amount . Even we have given the request letter to IOB bank to discard or reduction in above interest amount but bank not willing to accept our request and they are using unwanted comments when we in front of IOB Bank manager . We know our regard and expecting your advice to accept this request and need your recommendations to IOB for above request.
        This is the final move from our side and we do not have any other option to taking up to the our honorable Regional Manager.
        Once again humbly we requesting you to please help us in this matter to overcome from the crisis.

            When I check my iob saving account transactions I came to know two transactions have made without my knowledge totally ₹1400 . DFLT999_VID start like this . How can I find from where it's happening and how can I prevent such thing don't repeat again. What should do now.               Indian overseas bank kilpennathur branch 0656.. His name is Ravi kiran working in that branch he is not giving proper answer to customers.. I asked him to clear internet banking issues but he is not giving proper answer to me and talking in diiffrent manner ..                 Respected sir,

                I have booked a ticket in redbus on 9th july 2016 from chennai to thoothukudi. During transaction amount rs.700.50 got debited in my account and page not responding. I have contacted redbus regarding a refund amount but they have given me a bank reference number: "[protected]" to contact the bank (Given by redbus).

                Then i contacted customer care. They booked a complaint on july 26th 2016 said that amount will be refunded in next 10days and they given me reference number: "sk260707" for further communication.

                Till now there is no response from them. When ever i used to call them.. They are saying me to call back after two days later..

                Kindly resolve this issue

Rajesh behaviour is totally irritating and he is not working properly. Always he comes to bank at 11am even other staffs came early 9am. If any problem related bank account he told come aftr 2 weeks why becoz our bank system problem. So kindly make action about him. Whenever i asked about the problem he told that he is not intresting to work. I hope you will take action on him. Becoz like me most of the customers are worrying becoz of him.

                        This is chitra & my complaint no. is AJ 110806 registered on 11/08/16. Am writing this complaint to the higher authorities there to take an action immediately, please take this complaint to your Higher Authorities.

                        I have given my complaint on 11/08/16 & today is 24/08/16 but still it is not resolved. Can i know why it has not been resolved. What is the action taken from your end. Do you know the meaning for Customer Care ????

                        Today i have called the customer care to know the status but they have given this number[protected] to get the status but the f#ck nobody is picking the call. Are you people playing with customer?? Please note & register my complaint against Mannivakkam IOB Branch Manager for his irresponsible job.

                        We are customers for IOB & this is the you treat us. I want my money back to my account without any delay if not...

                          In Nov. 2015 i went to fill up petrol in me two-wheeler. However I did not have cash so I presented my IOB debit card to the vendor, but to my surprise the card did not work as it showed...

                          This bank open my account in 3 months their rules are out my sense, 1st they tell your account will take 5 minutes in opening and then it will open in 3 months. And it again happening and this time it is my debit card. They tell your card will come to you in 15 days but now it is over a month and they only one answer wait wait. Please take strict action against it

                            I applyed net banking through online in last month and then i was created my net banking user id successfully then i got printout for that user id and details of that my net banking. Then i was sighned in that printout after verfiied that printout and give to my nearest iob branch, they told, in two days your acoount will be actived. But after two days i was checked it was showing this message your account is deactivated likewise and i wait another two days and then i went to ask i got this kind of message when while i am logged in that, they was told ask there they will help to you and then i am asked, they told, "i was activate your account in after an a hour sir"like wise. But stil now my account was in deactivated. So please help me.

                                  We have been asking for the statement for the past 2 years as we are not sure about 10k in our account. But the bank executive told that there is no balance in your account as of now. So we suspect that they are giving wrong info so we asked them to print all the transactions in passbook. Till they are not at all giving any details and every time they are giving some lame excuses.

                                  My uncle age is 65 and every week he is going to the bank and coming back without any luck.in case if anything happens to my uncle while coming to the bank who is responsible for that?

                                  So kindly ask the concern person and provide all the transactions details in a passbook or else any statement would be great. Basically we need to know if the amount is incurred by us or not.
