My account no is [protected] in woman entrepreneurs branch, but I transfered it to oldwashermenpet branch two months before. I was opened recurring deposit on 15/05/2015, I had submitted documents many times in the branch, I did not get any response from the branch end. I was waiting for more than 8months.my rd account is [protected]....

On[protected] in tried to withdraw cash from icici bank atm centre thirumazhisai while processing time eb power failed because of that i didnot receive the cash from atm but in my mobie i received the message that 10000/- rs is debited . And i had given complaint in indian overseas bank manger . Till now i had not received my amount. kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible...

I am being iob account holder for more than 10 years. My atm card has been expired on 12/2015. Immediately i have applied for the new one. But yet i didn't receive. I walk through twice a month for this. Being a senior citizen i couldn't follow up and also the response from the bank employees disgusting me. If i go today they tell me to come after two days, again when i go they say come again. I'm really tired...

While having a transaction in the atm my debit card got stuck in it. The machine took card inside and did not have it back so want my query to be looked upon as soon as possible.

Never trust this bank... Worst experience i have faced till date... Rural bank provide better service then this bank.

I would like to register my complaint regarding a debit card transaction reversal of amount 2850.00/- dated 09.05.2016. I used my debit card for shopping but the transition could not proceed due to some error, but that amount was debited from my account and it was reversed. I have an account with injambakkam branch. My debit card expired on June 2015 but still I Yet to my debit card.

I visited my branch and spoke them even manger regarding the same at several times. But my problem yet to resolve.

I surprised to hear that they said, the software of "Pinnacle" which they are using is difficult to use.

Very poor customer support......

I had done an online transaction with my IOB debit card amounting to around 8k twice. 1st transaction was failed and I have not yet got my amount credited.

It has already been more than 2 months. Its pathetic. Every time you call the customer care, they give the same reply that they will forward my complain to the concerned department. And then that's it. No response !!!
