I have a nri account (Ac no [protected]) with s v nagram branch. I was trying to change my mobile number linked with net banking for the last one month, not changed till now. I have submitted my request to the branch during my vacation on mar 2016 and send many emails for this. Still mobile number has not been changed. When i call customer service they are not lifting my call.
I couldn't able to manage my money through internet without receive otp on my mobile.
Since i am outside india, i can't visit the branch again for this issue . So kindly do needful help.

Finally customer service lifted my phone call and helped to solve the problem.

I have a nri account (Ac no [protected]) with s v mahatma branch. I was trying to change my mobile number for the last one month, not changed till now. I have made transaction at saravana store on 08-april-2016 for 432.00 thru trasaction # tn00405. This first transaction failed but amount is deducted. I made second transaction same time thru trasaction # tn00405 and sucess. Please help to check and refund the failed tranaction

      Imps transfer amount not credited in iob account

      Hello,
      I had done two on-line transactions on[protected]/12:45 pm at bangalore from citi bank account to iob bank account.

      The entire amount 49500/- has been successfully debited from my account but till now the amount is not yet credited to beneficiary account.

      When i reached to an iob bank customer care person they gave me an email id to drop an email about my issue. I sent email but no response from...

      I would like to raise a complaint that Jan 30th 2016 i tired to take amount of Rs 15000/ from the ATM 1526. The amount was debited but i didn't receive it coz of some network problem all around the ATM in Nesapakkam.

      So i give a written complaint to the Branch, till now i didn't get any response. The branch manager personally requested me to wait a for some days. Till now the amount was not credited in my account. This is my pension amount for my monthy expenses.So kindly do the needful.

      We have lodged complaint with our ATM section regarding your complaint and in turn they have requested us to send the journal copy of your transaction dt 30.1.2016. We have forwarded the same and they have replied over phone that they are looking into the matter and it will take some time to find out since the journal copy shows that the transaction is success whereas you have not received the cash on that day. As soon as we received their reply we will forward the same to you. kindly bear with us.

            Sir/madam,

            I am an account holder (Sb a/c 3838) of your ulloor branch (1623), trivandrum.

            I have a few fds in ulloor branch with qly interest payment. During the 3rd qtr of 2015-16, interest has been paid short on all my fds and i have brought this to your attention vide my letter dated 06.01.2016. Please refer scanned copy of my letter attached. I was informally/verbally informed by the branch that the difference in interest paid will be released along with the next qly payment.

            The 4th qly interest has been paid correctly but the amount paid short during the 3rd qtr has not been released.

            I would like to know when will i get the interest paid short on my deposits as mentioned above.

                  I have an account with iob at pallikonda branch, vellore district.
                  My a/c no :[protected].
                  I have made a payment by internet banking on 10th of april through mobikwik mobile app. I tried to add the amount 485 to my wallet but my network connection has lost, so the transaction has failed. But the amount 485 has been debited from my account and it's not refunded till now.
                  I already sent a mail regarding this issue but there's no answer from your side, kindly take alook at this issue asap...

                    I have lost my ATM card belonging to IOB, kumarasamy raja nagar branch at virudhunagar, tamilnadu. on 13.04.2016. I have made complaint to the customer care of the bank immediately to block the card. The complaint number is JB130405. But before blocking the card a sum of Rs.14032/ was taken fraudulently by some other within a few minutes . I have made a complaint regarding to this to concerned branch by email and to customer care. No response was received sofar. kindly intervene in this matter and render justice to me.

                      I have savings account in indian overseas bank for past three years, every end of the year the bank charges annual fees for debit card holders rs.114.00, for the year 2015 they have charged me rs.114.00 for atm card service on date 21.Dec.2015 and again they have charged rs.114.00 for the atm card service on date 11.Jan.2016, so i make complaint to the branch manager many times still now their is no response and no refund, i need my money back to my account, so please take some steps to refund my money as soon as possible. I have given my bank a/c details below this message,

                        I am a small salaried person.My company salaried me by using indian overseas bank, on my account last 7/04/2016 at nearly 9.30pm my account was credited sum of 30000 rs.And after half an-our from my ac 5007rs automatically debited, then 5010, 5005, 5010, 5010, 4910, these my account had debited.Next day i went to bank and ask them they told me some hackers hacked my money from my account.So that we dont do nothing.From your ac some online shopping site used your card that is maxbhi.com

                                    this is to inform that have I Subodh Kumar r/o 7 anaj mandi bharmpuri Meerut Utter Pradesh.I am 72 years old senior citizen and my account has opened in this bank when this branch has been started . my a/c no is [protected] is in Dev nagri college Branch . sir today i have gone in bank due to loan against my fixed deposit. the bank manager and staff firstly said no to me and secondly they said that wait for sometime. After that I wait for 2 hours . And they all had gone for lunch they said that we will see your work after lunch .
                                    bank manager and staff did not respond till 3:30 pm. after that bank manager said that we will not able to do your work. they have done very rude behavior to me . Sir I am an Heart Patient because of that behavior I have to go to the doctor immediately. I have been hurt because of that behavior of your bank manager and the staff, for this seen in the bank my business has been suffered.

                                    Please take action against bank & manager as soon as possible
