Denying to provide service by branch ioba0000418, thiruvanmiyur branch of iov on ground there is no sufficient staff and asking to come next day. My application for reissue of internet password is still pending since saturday 7.1.2019 and replacement of non function debit card is reluctantly accepted after asking me to come some other day. Many actions the man on passbook update counter has denied to print the passbook. Most dysfunctioning branch not lifting the landline and mobile phones for asking the status of my applications.
