Indian Overseas Bank — Complain against illegal cash withdraw from my IOB account | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, IOB Branch code 1275 - I would like to file complaint against bank. I have never authorised any person to withdraw cash from my account. I was surprised that when I saw my account has been empty since two unauthorised transactions were made which has withdrawn cash from my account. I want to take legal action against bank and their representative. When asked they were very rude behaviour and claiming to charge me against each transaction. Please guide me to proper channel.
