Indian Overseas Bank — complaint against upi transaction

I hereby request a complaint against my upi transaction. One of my friend transferred me sum of rs. 10, 000 to my upi id linked to iob account through tez application and the transaction did on dec 26th dec, 2017.

After that i din't receive the money to my iob bank account but the money debited from my friend's bank acc (Fyi : i have attached my friend's bank account statement from the date of transaction).

The same time i checked with my friend's account they confirmed and said issue with beneficiary account (Iob bank).

Therefore i raised a complaint with my bank manager and written a email conversation to the upi admin one month back their is no response from your side.

Almost two months gone. Finally i got mail reply like below

Dear sir/madam,

With reference to the below mail, the txn credited to the below account.

Upi/[protected]/nesan. [protected]@okicici/credit 25.12.2017

Please mark lien and ask the customer to remit the fund as sufficient balance is not available.

Please remit to [protected] asap.

@ branches 0760 & 1452: kindly cordinate and transfer to the intented beneficiary ([protected])

The issue clearly stating that problem happened from bank server side.

When i contact my bank manager and the beneficiary bank manager, they said we can't do anything from our end and they asked me to contact that person (Santhosh). He is not all picking the call and from bank side no one is helping me.

Still i din't get any respond or solution from iob upi admin. It's a huge amount and because of this i'm facing lot of problem.

Please help me out asap.

I have done online payment before a month which as deducted from my account, but the transaction was not successful and the amount deducted is not returned . I had worst experience with IOB customer care.
I created my IOB account on 2015 in Chennai..two years it's not in use...Now I want to active my bank account in online.Now I live in vellore..I want to transfer my account to vellore branch.
