Indian Overseas Bank — Complaint regarding failed cash deposit at iob atm amount not credited

I visited an Indian Overseas Bank (IOB) ATM to deposit an amount of ₹1000. After inserting the cash, the ATM displayed a message indicating a hardware issue, followed by a message stating "Temporarily Out of Service – Sorry, please visit any other IOB ATM."

However, the amount of ₹1000 was not credited to my account, and the cash was not returned. I request you to kindly look into this matter and ensure that the amount is either credited to my account or returned at the earliest.
