Indian Overseas Bank — Complaint Regarding Failed UPI Cardless ATM Withdrawal Amount Debited but Cash Not Dispensed

I am Meivannan Palanisamy. I attempted to withdraw ₹10, 000 using the UPI cardless withdrawal option at your bank’s ATM located in Rangampalayam, Erode, Tamil Nadu (under the Erode branch).
On November 8, 2025, at 5:44 PM IST, I entered the amount on the ATM screen, and a QR code was generated. I scanned the QR code using the PhonePe app on my mobile device. The transaction was successfully processed, and the amount was debited from my bank account (KVB). However, the ATM did not dispense the cash.
Please find the attached screenshot for your reference.
I kindly request you to investigate this matter and initiate the necessary steps for refund or resolution. I am also raising this issue under the consumer complaints process.
