I have written many mails and communicated with branch, ro, pcd agri and written mail to [protected]@iobnet.in and unsuccessful mail to [protected]@iob.in (Mail bounced) reached out to their telephone# nobody responded.
When i raised concern they are acting now but nobody is providing resolution to the damage that we faced.
It looks like only bank has a grievance mechanism for name sake.
I have showed with documented proofs on how bapatla branch has neglected but nobody is ready to address the damage caused by the branch. Was this information helpful? |
