Indian Overseas Bank — Customer care executive misbehave

I called on helpline no. Of indian overseas helpline no. But executive name rehman misbehaved with me and he do not have manners, how to talk with customer, and then I request to transfer call to supervisor but he denied and said to give reason for transfering the call then I request to be online he said after 30 second call will be dis connect if you do not response on call then I said ok i will response within 30 sec but please be online but they dis the call without permission, I am taking time to check some details of my account and i only ask to know the options to generate green pin of my debit card
