Indian Overseas Bank — debit card delay

I am a customer of iob shevapet salem tamilnadu. I was told to collect the new debit card on 4/6/18. I have not received the debit card till today. The people at the bank give me lame excuses. Dilly dallying all the time. My name is s. C. Azimuddin. Worst customer service at iob shevapet branch. Kindly look in to the matter nd do the needful. Regards azimuddin.
