Dear Sir/Madam,
MY debit card damaged on 26.09.2016. I submit complaint letter on 27.09.2016 to IOB Gerugambakkam Branch. My card damaged conformation message recieved from IOB on 03.10.2016. Thereafter I did not receive any confirmation mail. Every day I called my branch they did not give any response.
December 07, 2016 Rs.100/- Debited from my account for Debit card apply. But I cant receive debit on 31.12.2016.
Finally, The Branch Manager Says, My debit card comes to our Branch Last week. but we did not activate to your account.because your Debit Card No did not match with System.
