Indian Overseas Bank — Debit card password.

Sir as I received a new debit card from IOB, Sahidnagar, Bhubaneswar on 13.01.2017. As password has not come branch has set green password / reset password . Rs 20 also deducted from. My account. But as I have not got any SMS for password I am unable to use my card. Please solve this problem by sending password to my mobile by which I can use.
