Indian Overseas Bank — debit card payment to vendor not made

I have purchased some groceries in a super market at palayamkottai tirunelveli 627002 for rs 1155 on 4.6.2018 by swiping my dedit card in the pos machine on the day my sb account has debited for rs 1155 but my surprise the shop account has not been credited sothat i could not purchase my groceries. Please arrange to credit the shop account or recredit the money to my sb account
