: 12/12/2019 Rbi.org.in Dear sir / madam, I am m. Suvarna having account in indian overseas bank a/c. No.[protected], i did debit card payment to idea computers tally, hyderabad on dated.21.10.2019, amount.5000/- (Rs. Five thousand only) but beneficiary said not received amount in their account, but my account showing its debited to above institute. Am given complaint to customer care the complaint no. [protected] they said within week amount will credited in my account but till now am not received amount and i went to iob bank they said complaint taken it will taking 2 days refund to your amount in your account but sir not yet received my amount till now. I am M.Suvarna having account in INDIAN OVERSEAS BANK a/c.no.171501000009043, i did debit card payment to IDEA COMPUTERS TALLY, Hyderabad on dated.21.10.2019, Amount.5000/-(Rs.Five Thousand only) But beneficiary said not received amount in their account, but my account showing its debited to above institute. am given complaint to customer care the complaint no. 19102301675 they said within week amount will credited in my account but till now am not received Amount and i went to IOB bank they said complaint taken it will taking 2 days refund to your Amount in your account but not yet credited Amount in my account till now.
