Indian Overseas Bank — Debit card transaction failed amount debited from account

Iam p.renuka devi i have swiped my debit card of s/b account no [protected] indian overseas bank, karimnagar branch, telangana, at p.o.s machine at om sainath jewellers, hyderabad, telangana, for amount of rs 6550/, on 03/01/2017 but the transaction failed and i got a receipt saying sale reversed, and the said amount got deducted from my account.i tried to raise a complaint with customer care but cant connect their number pls look in to the matter and refund the above said amount to my account and pls tell me how many days would it take to get back my money
