Indian Overseas Bank — deduction of amount from my account

Yesterday i recharged my mobile through my Airtel app but it has not recharged but i got the message of deduction of amount from my account. I used my debit card for this. And even i called airtel customer care they told there was not any transaction happened through my app. The transaction was not done and the amount has been deducted. And even it has been not recharged to any other number.Need a quick resolve for this.
