Indian Overseas Bank — did not receive atm card pin number

Sir my name is ganapathy. I have a bank account in adambakkam iob branch. I applied and received iob atm debit card but there was no pin number in the pack i received. So i am unable to use my card. I went to bank and asked for help they said to use my date of birth but when i used it says invalid pin. I am not getting properhelp feom bank side. Kindly help me to get pin number so that i can use the card. Or pls tell me the procedure to get atm pin from bank.

Hlw sir, i m mansi from bhandara maharashtra.i have changed my contact no.and even i have updated it in the iob branch bt i m not able to make online bills and transactions as it asks for oto and the otp goes to the old no..please make changes as it creates many problms to me..!
