Indian Overseas Bank — ecs deducted but not submitted

Dear sir, ecs of my hdfc personnel loan deducted from my account on 11-aug-17 (Amount rs. 12361) but not recieved by hdfc bank. I have attached the statement of iob (Ref of deducted amount) and statement of hdfc loan installment. Presently iam not able to reach the iob bank where my account is exist because i have left that place, so please help me in this regrad.
