Indian Overseas Bank — Failed Transaction amount also debited from my account | |||||
I paid Rs.158.50 to Med Plus shopkeeper for the medicines I bought there in the shop through my debit card on 17/03/17. First time when the shopkeeper after swiping for the amount got a failed transaction slip. So the shopkeeper once again swiped the debit card and got the transaction successful but I got the message showing the amount got debited twice. I informed this to shopkeeper and he gave me the first failed transaction slip and ask to report it to my bank. My Account Number:- [protected] Indian Overseas Bank, Loyola Nagar, Guntur-522006 Failed Transaction details:- AP002788 STAN: 000047 Ver: (ICT)6.05 Date:-17/03/2017 Time:-21:02:50 Till now the failed transaction amount credited. Till this date 14/4/17 problem has not resolved. I request bank authorities to resolve my problem at the earliest.
