I have made payment of rs.3230 vide debit card of indian overseas bank to kalyanamastu shopping mall, at nellore at 19.03.2017at 8.20p. M & 8.21pm. But the amount was not received by the beneficiary account. Rs 3230 has been shown as debited. Kindly let me advise me on this. Can you please let me know the duration of how long the process might take to complete reverting back the money, please...
