Indian Overseas Bank — failure transaction amount not received dtd.16.7.2019 two transection on is failure

Dear sir/ma'am,

My name is purushotam jhaba and i am a customer at your bank and my a/c no. Is [protected] and on 16-july-2019 at evening time.
I used my atm card and one std. Utet 1000 paid but first time is transaction failure and not be submitted utet form and second time pay the amount and successfully transaction. But first time amount rs 1000 not refund in my account. I have comp land to iob branch but he was not refund my amount.
