My 5000rs is deduct from debit card of a/c no [protected] Priti Pandya on 27.01.18 from SBI ATM SAI KRIPA COLONY INDORE So please solve my problem.

My account number is [protected]. I did a transaction through my debitcard for booking train on[protected]. It shows the transaction was failed, the ticket also not booked. But my money was debited with my account. I don't get the refund on that. I book ticket for journey date of[protected]. The date also over, but i don't get refund of that.
