Indian Overseas Bank — fraud saving account on my name

I had lodged my complaints on 26/07/2017 for which i have yet not received any clarification except the mail containing the following contents

Suggestion : learnt that some fraud account on my name is created for lpg subsidiary. The a/c no given to me is xxxxxxx2451. I have never opend any account in my life with iob. Please investigate and let me know."
