Indian Overseas Bank — Harassment and corruption | |||
I visited my bank branch for an educational loan for my further studies and the branch manager had harassed me and gave me 2 options for loan approval :- 1. Guarantor should be the person who is having a good bank balance in IOB. 2. Give an amount of 30000 as bribe. I really feel upset about the Indian Banking conditions. I am a Chartered Accountant and pursuing Masters in International Accounting from one of reputed university in Ireland. I also got a scholarship there but still unable to take a nominal amount of loan for my future. I require help from the upper authorities of Bank. Please guide. Was this information helpful? | |||
