Indian Overseas Bank — imps rejected but amount not returned in the bank

Hi,

I did the imps on 19th jun but the imps rejected and amount not returned in the bank, i have already written to customer care but they don't bother to revert and also customer care given the imps complaint number ([protected]) and i have tried more than 50 times but they did not picked the call.

Please help to resolve the issue on urgent basis.
