Indian Overseas Bank — imps transaction debited the amount, but not credited

Hi, i did imps transaction on 05/nov/2018 from indian overseas bank savings account a/c no: [protected] to sbi account, amount rs 39000/-, amount debited immediately, but not credited to sbi account. I tried to reach customer care no [protected] many times, but no response.

Please check and credit the amount to iob account.

Subject:- Refund charge disput fill
Amazon refund my amount 13 October but iob bank is not transfer my account i m again in again calling in Amazon. Amazon call my amount is transfer on 13 October not transfer in your account this is your bank problem not my problem. So plz send my refund in my account
